This twenty-three minute featurette has cinematography Mike Southon talking about his experiences on the Ken Russell film GOTHIC. If you're a fan of Russell then you're certainly going to enjoy this featurette as you get some great stories about the cult director. Southon pretty much gives you some terrific details on what it was like working for Russell and he goes over the director's greatest aspects as well as some less than stellar ones. He tells a pretty funny story about overtime, getting the actor's permission and Russell drinking a bit too much at lunch. Southon also tells some great stories about what it was like working on the picture, the collaboration with Russell and his overall thoughts on the production. Fans of GOTHIC will certainly enjoy the stories that are told here and they will find it to be highly entertaining.
