Sometimes We Need An Outsider To Give Us The Perspective We Need
wondernotenvy17 March 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I'm so glad that minimalism is still gaining steam. If you've been on Netflix for awhile, you might have noticed another title called 'Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things'. I had been fortunate to have read the essays Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus prior to watching the documentary.

I Feel like Marie Kondo's approach (I have yet to read her books) is more lighthearted (Unless that is basically the theme of the series? A lighter perspective otherwise we won't be able to get things done?) approach, compared to the drastic measures Joshua and Ryan needed to take with their lives.

This episode gave off 'The Dinner Party' (The Office) vibes with all the "babes" lol.

Bad episode
holn10 August 2021
I've never seen a show with two more self-absorbed people. All that phony drama. The children were out of control. It just didn't seem real. Then I looked up the people who were in this episode and found out that the wife is an actress. That explains it.

Not a lot of clutter

These people did not need Marie. They essentially just all had too many clothes, they could have figured that out themselves. The wife was annoying too.

Came here to write The Office Dinner Party, but see it has already been done. Surprised Kevin didnt dig out a blue neon sign out the garage. Cant imagine they are still together now. Babe.

What a joke. THIS is the "untidy" couple they chose?!
Julie-C-Sherwood8 January 2019
As the camera pans through rooms to show the couple's loss of control over their stuff, it shows: one to go container by the sink, a small pile of clothes in a clean room, a tidy office with a laptop sleeve off to the side, three items on a counter. You're KIDDING, right?!
