Generally good episode. I liked the added revelation of Roman and Jane's upbringing, and it was nice seeing Shepherd remorseful. It's a kind of justice that after all the horrible things she's done, she's realized she's lost the only family she had. The action at the end, trying to get away from Roman and his killers, was exciting.
Only downside was the sudden firing of Zapata from the CIA. It seemed too sudden and forced. It just didn't occur naturally.
