This Alcoa-Goodyear Theatre episode (it has duplicate listings in IMDb under both company names) is one of the worst shows I've ever watched. Credit terrible writing and inept direction.
James Gregory gives an overwrought performance as a jealous husband who murders his wife (Virginia Welles) very early in the episode before we can get to know either character. He spends the rest of the 1/2-hour (less commercials) shouting stupid dialogue to represent his paranoia and guilt.
It's a failure by any standard of entertainment, and unlike so much "bad" content, fails even to be campy -namely the "so bad it's good" way of looking at low-brow productions.
