I've really enjoyed the Urban Myths series but not this episode. Who was responsible for the bizarre casting of Frank Skinner as Johnny Cash? He had neither the acting ability nor the physical presence to carry it off.

This is so off center that it's fun. Other reviews pan it, but I thought it was fun and original and who cares if the actor isn't a Johnny Cash doppelganger? It was a great way to spend 25 minutes on a fun urban legend and a real one too! Fun supporting cast to add to the comedy of it all. Enjoy the absurd!!
Terrible

Couldn't find anything funny in this, utter rubbish. Odd casting with Frank Skinner too.
The only bright spot was the small snippets of Johnny Cash music and the short clip from the Columbo episode after the credits but that wasn't nearly enough reason to waste half an hour on this..

This one slays me! So glib and tongue in check one minute and painfully punning the next.
Who cares if Skinner looks nowhere close enough to Cash. If you want verisimilitude, watch a documentary. ;-)
Great one liners drollfully played out. With an excellent performance by Isy Suttie as the manageress. And well produced for a small indie short.
Wacky good fun - apparently based on a true incident.
