- In Zombies level Tag Der Toten, one of the players mentions his urine "feeling like lava"

- Most of the violence is very fast paced and hard to see any blood.
- Unlike all other COD games, no campaign in sight. Which also means no realistic blood.
- You can battle other players and you can kill them. This is what Call of Duty is
- There is a Battle Royale mode. This is the least violent mode of the game.
- All of the violence and language can be removed through settings.
- The violence in zombies is pretty gory and bloody with heads and limbs flying off, exposed bones and flesh
- the normal modes are moderate violence but zombies is severe but it can be turned off.
Profanity

- 3 uses of "shit," one use of "ass," and a few uses of "fuck" respectively.
- There is only one use of "fuck," which involves character saying "about fucking time!"
- Language like "shit" and "damn" are used.
