Buzzfeed Unsolved: True Crime is a joy, with Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej being the perfect duo, constantly playing off on each other. Believer vs. skeptic, straight man vs. comedian; these two give Mulder and Scully a run for their money. They take on well known cases, sometimes provide some insight and new details to light, and often add a lot of laughs. Buzzfeed Unsolved: Supernatural episodes tend to run together, with fewer standing out, but The Search for the Mysterious Mothman is definitely one that stands out.
Ryan goes over the history of the Mothman sightings, and what's really interesting is the exploration of how much the community has embraced the cryptid for promoting the tourism industry, right down to the Mothman pizza. They've run with it, and at least the creative ways they go with the Mothman is kind of endearing. The field work brings less interest than the look at Point Pleasant's culture, but the whole episode goes down well. Get lost for calling the Mothman Prophecies movie stupid, though.
