Carol takes it as well as a ride from him but thankfully someone saw this "strange one" and called the cops. Soon Carol is safe but a police woman explains about "strange ones" and why you must avoid these mentally ill people.
Yes, this here is another educational short from Sid Davis and I think it's safe to say that no one made them quite like him. This one here is about as over-dramatic as you can get but that's what makes it so entertaining. It's well made for the most part but it's the narration and re-enactments that make it so fun to watch. Of course, the term "strange ones" is funny enou
