Third time watching. What's up with Liz......I don't blame her. Her boss has no respect for her. Actually I don't think he does with any of them. I would have quit a year earlier. If he had a problem he should have been more specific as he was in this episode. $12, compared to her salary. I agree but should have been discussed as he has no problem doing on t.v. how little money he has. How he treats or manages his employees...no wonder he's losing money.
Rachal. What do you do as COO. You hardly see her except for last week cuz she broke off her wedding. What does she need a title for. If you need so much money, get her out there and sell! The only 3 I see working is Liz, Nicole and Jay.
This is what I see after watching only 3 shows. The guy who's considering on investing would be a FOOL! Unless his contract gave him charge over the whole thing. Just because you have a good idea, doesn't mean you can run a business with it. You should have 5 parties a week. You need groups to compete and whoever brings in the work plans it and gets paid commission.
You're all supposed to be professional and you're on t.v. cursing and talking bad about your clients. I wonder if you kept your 5 stars after the shows aired. I gave you 1 only because 0 wasn't an option. Anyone can be replaced if you don't give better incentives or pay commissions. Even you. You'll be here again in a year, bankrupt or sued by the guy stupid enough to invest in your company.
Good luck Liz. Keep pushing tho. Life doesn't get easier just because you have new opportunities. It was easy getting the job. It will be harder keeping it.
Jay. You're still young. Get the experience you need for your portfolio. Then move on.
