Still worth it
DcharlesS8 December 2018
True, Rooster was a dynamic character. Even though his thought process was stereotypically basic. But the heart of the show is still here. Which is the Bennetts working as a somewhat dysfunctional unit to make the ranch successful. I think it's still a quality show IMHO.

Call me crazy but I actually think the show is so much better without a perpetrator of sexual assault. Y'all call us whiny but all of these reviews are a bunch of crybabies who can't get over the fact that women's lives were ruined as a result of his actions. Get over it and appreciate the fact that somebody is listening to victims. Guess what? There are other amazing characters. Don't like it? Don't watch it. I don't agree with all of the right-wing nonsense but I still enjoy the show. We're not the problem. You are.

The NPCs ruin everything
kthompson-384007 December 2018
All accusations should be verified and due process allowed before people get fired from jobs and have their lives ruined. Please bring back Rooster! It just isn't the same.

Stop the NO ROOSTER NO RANCH thing
Maxidelgado_197 December 2018
I love Danny, and of course I'll miss him, but the series is still great, don't give it a bad rating just because he is not in the show, the episode was great and the rest of part 6 is great too, don't be that kind of fans.

It's not the same.

It's just a shame. Had Danny actually been found guilty there would've been no problem. However he wasn't and now he lost his job. I believe he deserves his spot back.

Warning: Spoilers
Super upset when rooster left but that didn't end this fun show. It has changed, turning into a almost soap opera, becoming extremely over the top. The cliffhanger is such a joke, I understand lying is terrible but you have been married for what seems like 4 months at most, and idk I'm not a religious man but I believe in more than that. Dax was great, but he was written into a script that is very obviously written for rooster making it kinda awkward at parts. Overall it's hard to have a show without the second lead, two and half men lasted a season or two more without Charlie Sheen and that's familiar territory for Mr. Kutcher, so cheers!

No rooster, No Show
andy_a_847 December 2018
The show has always been great. This show is a show you can watch over and over again. This episode and the ones that followed just isn't the same without Danny masterson's character "Rooster." He and Colt make the show amazing with their one liners and witty remarks. Hopefully Netflix decides to bring him back, and maybe the show can be the show many others have enjoyed in the past.

No Rooster, no good.
brionh7 December 2018
With Rooster missing as co-lead, and producer, the whole show feels empty, and boring.

Warning: Spoilers
This show just isn't the same without Rooster. It feels empty, shallow and boring. For me, The Ranch unfortunately ends at Part 5.

Another great show ruined by the Cowards that Netflix
loren838 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Another great show ruined by the Cowards that Netflix. Apparently all you have to do a sling an accusation these days and someone gets their life destroyed... This was a great show. But with one of the main characters removed based on unconfirmed issues in his personal life I'm afraid it's just empty and pointless. The other actors are great... But you can't remove such a huge chunk of a show so abruptly. First house of cards, now this... They're also ditching all the marvel shows. Guess it's time to reactivate my cable in ditch Netflix. Such a shame! This was such a great show at one point.

What happened??
dirtracen999 December 2018
What happened in this country to innocent till proven guilty? I think someone's cousin that use to be married to one of the carpenters for the NETFLIX assisted director's producer touched me un appropriately back in 1972 so fire everyone at NETFLIX. What's happened to our country?

The non political review
mclevenger-1584221 August 2019
I will admit they shouldn't have thrown out Masterson on a closed case where he's already proven innocent.

But this is what I think aside from the anti rooster series now: it's still ok. The family has its ups and downs and I think it's better that Beau and Colt are opening up and are more father son. It just feels empty now and would more want to see Nick get screwed over.

Doesn't make sense.
chunkylefunga28 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
As I said with the last episode, this arc doesn't make sense as 1. Rooster would kick Nick's arse and 2. Colt would also kick Nick's arse.

So Rooster leaving just doesn't make sense.

So we see Colt kicking his arse but it doesn't make sense as Rooster left without a fight.

This is no longer a comedy. Netflix has jumped on the PC wagon and ruined a good series. Stop watching now.
