First, I'll start by saying I am an LN reader as well, and the difference between the LN and the anime is huge, now, beside it, the whole episode feels rushed, half assed, lazy, cheap, and it definitely was the worst one this season. I don't know what madhouse thought to themselves, the CGI in this episode (or even in this whole season.) Cannot compare to the first season, where they had a tighter budget, yet somehow everything looked prettier in season 1.
Let's hope Madhouse learns from their mistakes.
