Blame everyone but themselves

Yet another great episode of Last Chance U. I have to shake my head at these athletes though. They are so frustrating to watch with all that talent and potential wasted by horrible attitudes and no accountability for their actions. I'm not a big fan of this coach and I think that he gives himself way to much credit. He got Netflix and this town to throw a ton of money at a dying program as well as change the rules of recruiting out of state to stack his teams full of the best JUCO talent available. Of course they are going to be really good !! These kids are all trying to get back to D1 talent and Netflix gives them the best exposure to scouts from big schools. The real test of his coaching will be when the cameras are gone and these clowns stop going to Liberty Kansas . Now I believe that the QB is really soft and puts on a huge facade for the cameras. He's a fish out of water being a kid from a more affluent part of California whose parents are behind him as well as extra coaching mentors. The reality is he just isn't that good when it comes to a bigger talent pool outside of all his HS teams. You can tell he is intelligent (unlike 95% of the team) and that he is just super lazy and thinks he's better than everyone. These other players just are downright delinquents. They are all big babies who think they are so much better than they really are. A couple have the talent but no drive and seem to be at a grade school level when it comes to smarts. Some may legitimately have learning problems, but are mostly just super lazy and walk around and act like thugs . They have no respect for what all these coaches and teachers are doing for them because they think they are going to be rich and in the NFL. Talk about delusional !! They can't even get on a D1 roster or start at one if they actually get there. I don't know who told them that they are NFL caliber but it's obvious people have lied to them their whole life. They don't understand they need an education because they have no shot at making the pros. Anyway, it makes for great TV and each episode gets into the inner workings of these programs and athletes lives unlike a lot of other shows before them. Cudos to Netflix on this show.
