How about some translating??
texsehn5 April 2019
I like the series and the presenters. The only thing that I find frustrating is that there is no translation from foreign languages. In the Moscow episode there were many long answers in Russian. I had no idea what was being said.

It made a common scam into a traditional ceremony
ejames42910 March 2019
Although I liked the series and enjoy the subject matter, I think that it was unhelpful that they suggested that a common, albeit hundreds of years old scam, into an acceptable ceremony that tourists should feel comfortable doing as if it really works or at a minimum is just a fun way to waste 5 dollars or euros. It's the same as if they made Three Card Monty or Gypsy Fortune Telling in NYC something acceptable and safe for tourists.

Worlds busiest cities Hong Kong

WHY would you record someone in a foreign language with NO subtitles or someone telling us what they said?!?!?! The host asks questions, he is answered in Japanese, yet no one tells what the Japanese person said!? Wth logic is that? Stupid. Made me quit watching

What the heck are they saying?

Why aren't there subtitles or voiceovers for the many, many questions answered by locals in their native language? It was so frustrating and annoying! Do the producers think we all speak dozens of languages? It was a superficial but still interesting overview of these cities ruined by making us guess at some of the most interesting parts. Makes no sense.

Interviews in foreign languages..WITHOUT SUBTITLES?

Why would you not include subtitles when interviewing someone who doesn't speak English? Lazy production.

More details would be appreciated

Delhi - too much about cricket, too little about the educational, medical and other systems. Hong Kong - too much about a barber - too little about water, waste, etc. Mexico City - A major problem in recent years is the violence that is everywhere in Mexico including Mexico City but not one mention of the impact of fear on the populace

It seems like the series ignores huge, important parts about each city

And not to be picky, however, why does Anita dress as if she is a teenager?

Wrong paper.

Dry book knowledge and statistics with unbearable narrators. The cinematics won't make up for the most uninteresting places they go to. And the hosts lack social skills as well as hard on the eyes.
