Quality is waning at A & E, as this DVD release is fairly embarrassing even though the cast is talented. They are called upon to sort of play themselves in a supposed "All access" peek at the working day world of porn talent, but their scripted remarks to the camera come off even phonier than the off the cuff remarks of a thousand BTS short subjects.
Katie Morgan hosts the show and delivers a sex scene with Lucas Frost that supposedly makes fun of the cheesy dialog and scripts endemic to porn. But "Backdoor Pass" by Andre Madness is no satire or send-up, just cheesy in its own right.'
Setting is the fabulous "Immoral Proposal" mansion, easily identified in the Alexa Grace vignette, but the four generic sex scenes are just sex workers going through the motions. Dispensing with story and characterizations is not merely lazy but self-defeating, as the viewer is insulted at every turn, supposed to believe the nonsense being doled out is an inside look at the industry when in fact it is obviously just the usual proselytizing.
