- Kurumi becomes close to an upperclassman she admires, but has to kill him when he turns into a zombie.
- The girls' teacher and big sister figure, Megunee, was bitten by a zombie and locked herself away in a classroom to keep the others safe. The girls find her as a zombie in the classroom, her ankle tied with a rope so she can't attack them. Kurumi ends up killing her offscreen.
- The school building catches on fire and the girls have to escape the flames and the zombies. A couple zombies are seen on fire and the charred corpse of one is seen close up. Yuki almost dies from smoke inhalation.
