- A man and woman fight in an elevator. She hits him in the face a couple of times with a shoe. Blood splatters as he is knocked out.
- A man and woman fight. She kicks him in the face and breaks his nose. He has blood down his face and on his shirt for the majority of the rest of the movie.
- A man is cut in half while sticking halfway out an elevator door that starts moving. The moment occurs offscreen, but the characters in the elevator get splattered with a large amount of blood as he is cut in half. The two halves of the man's body are later seen in a clear plastic trash bag.
- A man hits a woman in the head with a large flashlight. He later throws her body down an elevator shaft.

- The main characters have simulated sex while trapped in an elevator, not particularly graphic. No actual female nudity. During sex, the male character's butt is very briefly seen. Later, the same guy is shown running down a hall nude from behind.
- A man and woman have sex. Moaning and thrusting with rear male nudity.
Violence & Gore
- Plenty of blood splattered during several fight scenes. A guy gets cut in half by an elevator. It is implied that another character is burned while still alive in a dumpster towards the end.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The main premise of the movie is that a man intentionally traps a woman (without her knowledge) who he hasn't met in an elevator over a long weekend because he wants to have a chance to meet her. They eventually have sex and then he confesses to her that he set the whole thing up. Once that happens, the mood of the movie changes dramatically to a fight for her life when she rejects him after learning that he kidnapped her. The man decides he must kill anyone witnesses to keep himself out of jail. The brutal nature of the second half of this movie may be disturbing to some viewers.
