"Compromised"

Warning: Spoilers
In one of the more shocking pre-title card sequences of any show I can remember watching, "Compromised" opens with US Marshals and a witness they have in protective custody ahead of testifying against a drug cartel, are brutally shot dead along with two people who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time: a kid and a female driver. It's a pretty confronting opening.

It becomes apparent that someone is leaking the details of witnesses in protective custody, so OA and Maggie have to figure out who and why, before more people are killed. The happenings in "Compromised" get Maggie reminiscing about a witness protection case back when she was a cop in Indiana and, also on the personal front, we learn that Jubal Valentine - whose character I really love; just wish he was out in the field more - is in AA. Bit by bit, we are learning more about the characters, and I like all their backstories so far.

Strong episode.

I answered my own question! I rewatched 5he episode from the beginning, and saw the name Michael Mosley, looked him up, and saw that I recognized him from Longmire, as Sean!

Warning: Spoilers
They find the suspected killler who just gunned down 5 people sitting on some steps and she says I want to do talk to him. She then calls his name from across the street. He ran... shocker. The she chases him and is surprised when he turns to shoot her. Of course the partner comes out of no where to punch the guy. So lame.

Also funny is the guy in the blue shirt that's always yelling orders at a room full of agents and nobody is listening.
