A very obscure, but also pretty charming cutout animation from Germany, done with a simple, but neat visual aesthetic. While is not an entirely faithful adaptation, all the additions and changes made to the original story feel as something that would have been included in a traditional fairy tale, instead of a Disneyfied version.
I particularly liked the way in which the wicked witch unleash her curse upon the seven brothers, done in a very stylish manner.
A shame no high resolution of this short seems to be available anywhere online, with only a low-resolution version in Youtube (And said video does not even credit the director and animators)
Definately deserves more recognition.
