- Mildred has botched surgery - you see the graphic damage that has been done up close.
- Mildred cuts off a guy's testicles and plays golf with them. Blood seen in the crotch area where she cut his testicles off briefly.
- Mildred pokes her former teacher's eyes out with a corkscrew. The eye is seen still on the corkscrew as she washes it off. She lets the teacher live, we see her face with both eyes removed and blood in her eye sockets.
- Mildred disfigures the face a woman who didn't pay her for head shot photography she did of her. She cuts her face. The woman then commits suicide offscreen with a gun (shot heard)
- Mildred cut's off a the guy who did the botched surgery's penis as he pee's in a public toilet - his penis and lot of blood seen through his legs from behind.
- Mildred give's her former surgeon's penis wrapped in a paper bag to his wife.
- Mildred hits her boss over the head with a a boat paddle and hit's leg with it. She then grabs a chainsaw then slashes him with it. She cuts off his arms and leg. She then ravages him with it - lots of blood splattered over her as she does this.
- Mildred slaps Maralyn, who has been pushed to the floor by Blanche. She then breaks her leg (crack heard) stamping on her leg. She cut's Maralyn's foot off (blood seen spurting) She then chops her head clean off.
- Mildred stabs Blanche whilst she's tied down with garden shears. She opens them then stradles her pulling out her intestines (disembowling her) from the wound as Blanche screams. She then uses Blanche's intestines briefly as a skipping rope.
