I'm usually not a big fan of flash back episodes because they demystify and mostly in very unsuccessful ways. However, this episode is one of the best anime episodes I've seen in a long time! The story is moving and exciting, many moments are very emotional and the animation is absolutely fantastic!

I have watched almost all the popular animes & to me It definitely deserves a 10/10.
This episode has one of the best story I have ever seen, It has many depth. The way they have shown the colour in this black&white episode is magnificent.
