Freddy MacDonald crafts SEW TORN with an extremely engaging set-up, and delivers a hard-hitting fulcrum in a mind-bending pay-off -- a climactic rush of excitement, insight, and freneticism. It is one of the smartest plots from the 2019 shorts line-up. This is clearly made by a promising young filmmaker.

Cold, dark, precise. Words for define a real good short film about a sewing saleswoman , two wounded men on isolated road, few moves of her and a surprising end about the most pragmatic solution. Well crafted,beautiful performance of Dagna Litzenberger - Vinet.
