Warning: Spoilers
This is where business really picked up and you can make the argument the show jumped the shark here. Lia would not cover up a murder just to get to the bottom of Limetown, but maybe they'll justify that with the payoff.

A good episode, but I don't know if this was the right move for the show.

Ruining point!

This episode was when you completely stopped caring about the main character! I was pretty intrigued until this event. It showed a total lack of character, and I really hoped that she would die horribly after this. She was flawed and weird from the beginning, but this was just beyond forgiveness and/or made no sense whatsoever!

Acceptable Loss

Warning: Spoilers
With Dr Finlayson shot dead soon after being interviewed by Lia.

Mark is scared and other relatives connected with people who disappeared from Limetown want Lia to drop her investigations. Two people who have talked to Lia have died.

Lia is inclined to drop it but then she has a change of heart. This upsets Mark who is adamant that Lea needs to stop.

It was signposted in the previous episode that Mark might have ulterior motives in hanging around with Lia. He suddenly need to leave for a bit when Dr Finlayson was being interviewed.

Mark has pictures of the murder scenes and Lia questions him as to where he got those from.

The episode has a violent confrontation and Lia deciding to save herself. I did roll my eyes at the altercation and the accidental death.

Although I was impressed how quickly Lia managed to think her way out of a crisis.
