Foundation: In Seldon's Shadow (2023)
Beautiful and epic
I just finished this episode and have absolutely loved this show. Every single actor, all of the artists involved, all did such a beautiful job. Every part of it has been gorgeous and moving and I can hardly wait until Friday to see the next episode. Thank you all for making this monumental piece of art, it's been the best show I've seen in a long time.
I imagine it's near impossible to take novels and transform them into a visual piece but what you have created transported me to Asimov's world and then some. It's so rare that a show captures me so deeply. Every single detail, the lighting, costumes, sculpture, digital artistry, acting, writing, all perfection <3.
Moonfall (2022)
My favorite movie with this theme
I just finished watching this and I am shook. It was so much better than I expected. It seems like movies lately are pumped out and most of them just a waste of time.
This is such a treat!! My favorite of this theme. The characters, acting, writing, director and story are superb. Really a beautiful production. The ending made me cry, so moving <3.
Broil (2020)
What a wild and delightful movie!
I loved this movie! I haven't had such a wonderful time watching a movie in a long time. Bizarre, original and a gorgeous piece of art. I am definitely adding it to my library. So glad I came across it on Amazon :-)
The Stand (2020)
Very pleasantly surprised!
I am a die hard Stephen King fan. I read IT when I was 15 years old and I've read and loved every thing he has ever written. I've watched every adaptation of his work and enjoyed some and been disappointed by many. After reading all the very negative reviews on this show I prepared for another disappointing experience.
I just finished it and I am shook. This was by far the most amazing and perfect screen adaptation of a Stephen King book and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. What little changes there were including the timeline and addition at the end worked beautifully. Most of Stephen King's novels jump around between both different times and scenes and this movie felt very comfortably King.
The writing, casting, directing, makeup artists, special effects artists, everyone involved, all did a stellar job. And aside from being a fantastic Stephen King adaptation it was a superb work on it's own.
I have never felt such strong feelings after watching a screen adaptation of any King novel and I thank you everyone involved with all my heart for making such a wonderful piece of art.
The Witcher (2019)
Perfection!!! A beautiful work of art!!
This is a brilliant, beautiful and epic piece of art. I will cherish this along with the games and books for years. The cast and crew are glorious, every single person!! The music, settings, costumes and makeup are fantastic!!
