Would love to see a sequel!
25 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
At first, I have low expectations judging by the title. I'm not really into a monster movie, and the title is just too bland, unexciting. It turned out that it was a great movie that kept me excited once it started.

It has cool monsters and the CGI was outstanding. Some parts of the storyline are predictable, but it still has a good twist. The acting was excellent, especially by Boy, the dog. He deserves an Oscar!

I also adore Joel's character development, from an ordinary fearful man and ended up being a wise monster killer. I'm glad he decided to go back and help his colony.

I'd love to see a sequel!

I enjoyed it
9 March 2021
Not gonna deny the fact that this movie has holes, and also there was a slight time I got bored, but the way this trilogy ends is realistically perfect for me. I enjoyed the twists. I like that they cast Spencer Clark as Dunn's son again 19 years after Unbreakable. Love seeing details like that in movies! The casts' performances are great, seeing McAvoy jumps from one personality to another gave me goosebumps (especially as Patricia).

Watching Unbreakable and Split before this is highly recommended! I think you will enjoy Glass only if you watch those first.

Season 2, please!
13 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I thought this would be that kind of movie where magic appears all of a sudden when it comes to the main characters' death (Karube and Chota). It turned out I was wrong. It saddens me, but I'm not disappointed. I think that what makes this series felt so real and intense! Also, great characters, although sometimes they act a little bit off. I really enjoyed watching it and I'm hoping for a second season!

Makes me think about digital addiction
5 November 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Honestly, I was a little bit confused at first because I thought the show was airing with Truman's consent. As soon as I realize it wasn't, I couldn't stop thinking how stressful it is living in a world like his. Imagine realizing that no one is on your side even when you're on your lowest point. And looking at those TV addicts, it still distressingly relatable to current conditions where everyone is addicted to social media (lowkey self-reflection). Well, it's safe to say that this movie hasn't aged at all.

So far, so good

I rarely watch Korean drama, but the first episode was just enough to keep me interested. The cinematography is excellent. I have watched it until the 6th episode and I'm looking forward to the next episodes!

A must watch series!
5 November 2020
I never thought I would watch it till the end the first time I knew this series is about chess (I'm not a big fan). I had low expectations until it turns out I couldn't stop watching it! I even hope this series lasts longer. The last episode is very heart touching that I found myself crying my eyes out throughout the episode. The story, the set, the characters, everything in this series is just perfect. Anya Taylor-Joy perfectly fits the role, but Isla Johnston is also outstanding as young Beth. Well done!

I'm a big fan of HSM trilogy and this lighthearted series brings back my childhood memories without ruining the original movies at all! Love the characters and the original songs (the cover ones are also enjoyable though) and I really enjoy Ricky's voice. Not gonna lie, some scenes are too cringe and too dramatic, but it's still fun and hilarious. Really can't wait for season 2! I hope there will be more nostalgic surprises just like the first one.

Not as eerie as I expected it to be
3 November 2020
The visual details are great, and the casts' performances are not bad. It's still enjoyable for me although it's a little bit boring. I can't feel the thriller/mystery atmosphere, and it's not as eerie as I expected it to be. I haven't read the book or watch the original movie, so I'm comparing this to neither.

Not so great movie, but amazing songs
28 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The story is kind of empty and too predictable. Love the graphics and animation at first, but once Fei Fei gets to the moon, the vibrant and luminescent side of the moon is frustrating.. (I didn't expect her to reach the moon though). But the songs are great and I play it on repeat.

Love it!

A funny and lighthearted anime to watch (I haven't read the manga). I love how at the end of each episode, the scene shifts from past to present life, slowly revealing what is occurring at the current time. This anime also tells me a lot about days in the life of a manga artist. The comedy is great and I laughed many times.

An excellent behind the scenes movie!
18 September 2020
Not a big fan of Frozen 2 and docuseries but this behind the scenes movie really got my full attention! Watching all the detailed process of making an animated movie is unexpectedly enlightening. This movie gives more meaning to the actual movie. I really hope there's more like this for the upcoming Disney movies!

Kudos to everyone behind Frozen 2!

Love the details!

Knowing that Renee's voice is from someone who is also a non-verbal and has autism make this short movie remarkable. Love how Pixar consulted to Autistic Self Advocacy Network to get the perfect details of Renee.
