Sijipeuseu: The Myth (2021)
I see what they're trying to do here, but...
This drama is pretty unique and something to enjoy when I've finished watching others shows that I really like. The plot is interesting, the leads do their job well, most of the costars hold there own as well. What I didn't like about this drama was the amount of ridiculous gun pointing and maniacal laughing. It was just too melodramatic at times for me to take it seriously. Anyway, it's still enjoyable for the most part.
Pose: Never Knew Love Like This Before (2019)
I cried the whole episode
Yes this was sad but my tears were more about the beautiful send off that was given to Miss Candy. The thing I love about this show is how the rivals come together when it really matters. They are truly family in the end. They fight and fuss but when one of them is in trouble that's when their love shows. I love it!!
Dear White People (2017)
Excellent and not deserving of it's low rating AT ALL!
I don't think anything I say will actually be a spoiler, but some might consider it to be, so better safe than blacklisted. Anyway, this series is truly awesome and I can't wait for next season, it was over way too soon. The people who are purposely giving this show a low rating and complaining are the ones who have not watched it at all, because if they had they'd know that the show is not about bashing white people. First of all it is pure satire and actually the majority of the content is about black millennials and how they deal with institutional racism. As a matter of fact, the show deals with some of the hypocrisy present in the black community when it comes to racism. So all of you "triggered" white people who think this is about you, stop being so vain, everything's NOT about YOU! Most white people who have actually watched the whole series, knows that it's not about them and are NOT offended. There is a good share of funny moments, love stories, reflection and growth with the characters. One of the episodes that didn't include the main female character Sam, is actually one of my favorites. So each actor can definitely hold their own in the series. If you are afraid that this show is just looking to take you down guilty lane because you're white, relax it's not trying to do that, if you feel guilt, then it was probably already there to begin with.
