What Steven Spielberg and his Jurassic Park team were to the TRex, Andrew Dominik and this movies team, especially Ana de Armas, are to Norma Jean.

Sure there is a lot of guesswork but for me, it all seamed to be so plausibly possible.

And the whole movies mood is nothing short of a miracle. OMG another MM movie I thought, they can't be ernest , but yes how they are.

Norma Jean Baker, was probably one of the most underestimated women of her time. Completely misunderstood as just the blonde Sex Bomb, but she was made of flesh and blood and more brains man have been able to accept. Ana de Armas did a brilliant Job transforming Norma Jeans magic right into our time.

.. because I figured would make it an even more intense experience, and it was.

Having now all the background stories from the book in mind and getting a sense now of how Pote did get them was incredible.

Even when it didn't get the all shiny canvas of a Cinema screening? 😉

To be honest, now I'm 50, from former watchings I just remembered the most famous scene and of course the music but it's realy a full-scale thriller wirth remembering every fly and scene. And now after I also took in the original titel I understand Quentin Tarantinos "Unce upon.." even more. :)

Something was off from the very beginning and then it got worse and worse and worse and with the final my biggest fear how it would end came true.

And just to mention it I like a lot of movies with similar theme like ExMachina, Automata, Mother, IRobot but this one doesn't get it together.

I believe hard to chew for some people. And be sure to watch many other movies with the Munich inspector 'Joachim Kroll' like "Silentium" and "Der bewegte Mann"

So many causality gaps and unbelievably stupid actions/reactions of the characters that it almost reminds me of the actual reality, or is it vice versa? 😉

Who likes the Alien Predator stuff gets entertainment without compromise.

Could have been so much deeper and better. But then it's kind of a funny movie which will be seen by many people and no arthouse production.

Some weird story jumps but had many good loughes. So watch it.

I love Tarantino movies except HF8 and this one. I don't know what ran thru his brains.
