WWE Elimination Chamber (2023 TV Special)

Perfection
19 February 2023
Post watching this, nothing other than the main event lingers over your head.

The Main event was dramatic perfection, no other piece of media or sports made me feel the way I felt during the last 30 minutes. That's all it is, your investment. Simple moves, a hot crowd, and an angle told with proper care over 8 months.

True Rollercoaster of emotions, we may be at the tail end of the Bloodline storyline and it seems the ending is gonna be massive and I am excited, truly one of the greatest stories told in wrestling.

Other than the main event, the US title match was also entertaining. This Road to Mania might just be one of the best of all times.

Fida Reboot but better
2 December 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I was kind of excited for three reasons - Kartik has mentioned multiple times that he wants to play grey characters and wants to do something like Baazigar and Don, Shashanka Gosh returning to a darker subject since Waise Bhi Hota hai, and Parveez Sheikh was recently involved with Darlings .

After watching this, it is obvious that Kartik said yes because he wanted to prove people that he can do more than what he is generally casted for.

Even if we ignore all the conveniences that are a part of thriller ( some a little too hard too ignore ) it is still too predictable especially if you have seen fida which I am sure was inspired by some other piece of work. The loner getting pushed around by the world is also getting a little tiring.

Though it is similar to fida, even considering the fact that it was Shahid's way of avoiding being typecast as the lover boy ( he failed in doing so, it was Kaminey where he truly broke that image) this is a much better movie, though that's not saying much. This makes me want to listen to the fida soundtrack.

This movie made me appreciate being cyrus a little more , the characters being parsi did not play much of a role in this movie, but being cyrus managed to be a decent thriller and felt true to the inner dynamics of the community.

The only portion where this movie is fun or worthwhile is the revenge section until the karjat portion, at least the portions are sort of stupid in a good way. The film has some moments where it seems it will get darker but they are way too few. At least the protagonist is truly grey and there is no attempt to sympathize with him.

WWE Hell in a Cell (2022 TV Special)

Cody's ultimate crowning night
6 June 2022
This show had no hype other than it being Cody Vs Seth III

This was far from being one of WWE's greatest night but it was consistently good start to end, well paced ( which was an issue with WWE ppv's for some time)

This may just be the first time I saw a B Show PPV start to end and I didn't even know that it was Hell in a Cell today.

What WWE accomplished today was deliver a decent ppv without major title defenses and also absence of major stars like Reigns, Sasha, Ronda etc. Glad they didn't shoehorn Ronda vs Natalya for the sake of it and stuck to the stuff they have spent at least a month building, makes for a much tighter show.

The high rating is mainly because of the opening match and the main event.

The three women are some of the best performers overall and displayed it in full effect, there is definitely this sort of star like quality to Bianca which is extremely rare, something about her entire presentation makes her seem really special.

The main event was magic, what those two did without relying on multiple weapons and working with a legit injury is going to spoken about in the future, this match was unique, special and a modern day classic. Right from Seth revealing his costume to Cody revealing his injury to the short Bull rope match within the cell until the finish, the crowd was heavily invested and whatever had to be told was told perfectly.

Other than these two, Ali vs Theory and judgement day vs Liv, Balor and Styles were quite good as well.

Even Madcap Moss vs Corbin and Lashley vs MVP and Omos surpassed my low expectations, elevated by the crowd who cheered for everything Bobby also this may just be my first Corbin match since 2019 .

Overall this premium live event was a good surprise and much better than we expected it to be.

WrestleMania 38 (2022 TV Special)

STUPENDOUS !!!!!!!! Also Night 1 >> Night 2
4 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This felt similar to last year in the sense that Night 2 had a better card going in but Night 1 was magical and Night 2 didn't live up, buuuuuut Night 2 had the triple threat main event which was easily one of the best matches and build last year which Night 2 did not.

The best build, 8 months with recurring Lesnar appearances, betrayals coupled with the fact this was the end of a feud which began 7 YEARS ago, this sure did disappoint, even more considering they had a great match in WrestleMania 31 when their personas were not beloved as well. Since then Lesnar became a major baby face and Reigns improved tons and then some, this disappointed. Night 1 left me on a high and feeling great this, considering the fact was the top feud needed a blood fight. Hey at least it was better than WrestleMania 34 encounter, a decent match in itself but didn't match up to the quality of the build.

Night 1 was a 9-9.5 show and Night 2 was 7-7.5 show hence settled on the screw it, I will watch the Zayn Knoxville match at least 10 more times. THIS EVENT WAS A LOT OF FUN.

Night 1 was great, Becky Vs Bianca may just be the greatest Women's match in MANIA history, Bianca has beaten two of the four horsemen at consecutive WrestleMania'as now. Cody vs Seth was magic and perfect. Great to see Stone Cold, KO bumped like a madman. Only Charlotte Vs Rhonda disappointed considering their Survivor Series match was sooo good, at least the finish was fine, Charlotte won in Flair fashion, her dad must be proud. Also hate to admit that Logan Paul gets it, he's a natural, the hard cam stares, raking in the heat, the athleticism.

Night 2 opened with a banger all the men involved did great, Lashley had a decent entry, Zayn vs KnoxVille was a lot of fun, my match of Night 2. PEAK SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT . Edge vs Styles was a dream match of mine that didn't live up to my expectations but was still good. Preist Edge is a good team but needs a third guy. Malakkai would have been great. I am guessing Ali or Dijakovic joins them. Hope we get Preist and Edge vs Finn and Styles.. Butch was the highlight of the other tag team match. Pat Mcafee is a bloody star, it's a case of an engaging personality overshadowing the match itself and well the one match that I was most hyped for sort of disappointed.

Overall definitely Stupendous and in my top 5 manias that I have seen in my 20 years of watching annually.

Fun Show ,Should have been under 3 hours but FUN and easily the best Revolution until now
7 March 2022
MJF vs CM Punk is the feud of the year for now, will be hard to top it.

MJF vs Punk, Bryan vs Mox and Kingston Vs Jericho was easily the best stuff on the PPV.

The ladder match and the tornado tag team match were the most fun in terms of being chaotic and engaging.

Could have been a 10 if not for the underwhelming main event considering everything before it felt like a bigger match, even the three way tag team felt sloppy in parts considering the talent involved and given the fact that during the Wednesday night clash reDRagon and Young Bucks were the top teams who put on some great stuff. But the best thing about this ppv is the fact that every match was different from each other. The style, stipulation etc , most of them stood apart in the true sense.

Good to see Regal along with Mox and Bryan and Wardlow was the star of the night, even if the turn was very predictable, his performance in the ladder match alone was star making.

Higher Expectations
30 November 2012
I never miss a Aamir khan movie, could not miss this one,i had high hopes but did not stand properly,it was not that bad.The movie is really slow, they take time to introduce each character into the story, what I like d is when it started to feel boring, there is a new twist in the story, which makes you interested in the story,I liked how Kareena kapoor comes gives hints, but she also takes such a long time,Aamir khan is acting good(like always),the background music is apt in may scenes, and the cinematography is sexy. The direction is also good, the ending is not that great because the title says answers lies within, but those answers do not satisfy us.Go for this movie because we will get to see a movie which has a style of 70's crime movies,we will enjoy it.

not that bad
25 November 2012
Timothy Dalton is amazing, they should have kept him.The film is a bit messed up,you don't exactly figure out what is happening. His entrance is good in the starting, the bond girl is not that hot.Not much action thats what spoiled this movie. He just goes shoots gets caught goes to a place escapes from there goes to a ship, they have some plan which does not make sense they could directly go to the place.I wanted to give this movie 5 but giving it six because of one the truck chase, specially the scene when they shoot his truck and he takes it over a stone and the other truck gets shot. They ending is also not that great, but Timothy Dalton is a amazing actor,it may miss the bond factor but still worth a watch
