I didn't check the reviews and I watched the show and now I'm checking them and see many low ratings!! This show surprisingly is good and entertaining. Give it a go.

This show seems has great potential and it has a good storyline too. But the whole acting is just absolutely poor. It' seems like it filmed for kids between 10-15 years old!! If you have a good taste of series, you will notice that in the first 30min of the show.

The story begins very well and I really enjoyed it. But it was very unfortunate to see the main character doing ridiculous choices all over the movie. This is the movie that can pi** you off many times without any doubt. And this is not good. The reasoning behind all of the main character decisions is very shallow. And at some part of the movie, I really believed she deserves it!

So do yourself a favor and do not listen to the negative comments here. I mean seriously. This movie has fun and entertaining story and I believe that's enough for a weekend night. I didn't see the review first and I watch it straight away. And now I know I did the right thing!
You don't want to get a life lesson from every single movie you are watching, but in case if you need, go and read a book. Don't waste your time with movies at all.

I watch the movie the day it released. I should say its entertaining and partially funny. I saw lots of people here are very negative about the movie, well, that's a reality of the US/NATO operations in Afganistan!

Great way of telling history but stretching too much

I should say this movie have lots of interesting scenes if you are a fan of history movies and it explained in a very great detail. Yes, of course, a big part of the story should be made by the writers as there is no way you can find detailed history from those days as they have in this series! (And if they claim, it's a big lie!)
Just one issue that is really disappointing is, This movie is extremely long. Who on the earth gonna spend 45min for 75 episodes for the just first season? This is a huge weakness of this movie. Why does someone need to watch an old guy tell night story to some kids for around 15 min? I mean cmon guys you waste your viewers time. I literally fast forwarding the last 10 episodes. I can confidently say they can summarize 5 episodes into a single one (30 min).
I checked the next few seasons and I see even there are more episodes for a single season! That's why I put 5 stars for this series, otherwise, it's a good watch.
