Brightburn (2019)
I liked it..
An enjoyable movie where the bad guy takes center stage. It's evil and gory. Reminds me a lot of Chronicle. I'm sure that if you enjoyed that one, this one's for you as well. It has its flaws and don't expect too much of the story. Just sit back and enjoy. :)
Better Call Saul (2015)
The most boring show there is
This show is painfully slow, and even if you have the patience, the payoffs are simply not rewarding. It's just meh. It's not a matter of slow build ups or character development like some people would argue. Watch the first season and if you feel bored go watch something else, trust me. It does NOT get any better along the way. It goes absolutely nowhere. Don't waste your time.
Something's Gotta Give (2003)
A movie for single moms in their 60's
Never have I cringed as much as when I watched this movie. Two hours of non-stop cringing is what I got from watching it. My mom told me she liked it, so I watched it so we could talk about it at some point. That's not gonna happen. It took me three days to get through it. There's NOTHING remotely good about this movie. The acting, the directing and the script - if there ever was one - it's all awful. It even looks weird and the editing is so off at times even I could've done a better job. Diane Keaton being nominated for an Oscar for this role is yet another prime example why no one takes the Oscars seriously anymore - if anyone ever did, that is. This movie is for single moms in their 60's, and NO ONE else. (No offense mom, but what the hell..?!?)
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Jar Jar Abrams...
...Ruin Johnson! I love the names. Haven't heard one for Kathleen Kennedy though? Three people who will always be remembered for ruining Star Wars. Alongside Disney of course. Nice Legacy. Wish it wasn't so, but here we are. Regarding this particular movie it's really really bad. I see how it tries to fix everything The Last Jedi broke, but it fails miserably. There actually is no point in discussing this, or the two other movies. Just realize that there's no coherent story, no internal logic and one-dimensional characters in all leading roles. On the plus side is Adam Driver who actually did a decent job portraying the conflicted nature of Kylo Ren. Anyway, in the end Disney managed to make not one, not two, but three absolutely horrific movies from the greatest movie franchise ever. Well done, I guess. At least we still have the real Star Wars movies to enjoy. Let's move on and forget this crap was ever made.

Learn to think for yourself.
There are lots of great movies out there. This is just not one of them. Why? Because it's predictable to a degree that I have seldom experienced. All major events can be predicted way ahead of them happening, which makes watching this movie into nothing but a waiting game. It's not deep and it's definitely not clever.
If the director should ever reveal that he made this movie as an experiment to explore how hollow of a movie you can get away with and still have the world hyped, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised.
Stranger Things (2016)
Stop it
The first season was fantastic! The second season was a copy/paste without the magic. Unfortunately, the third season was just an empty mess. A complete waste of time.
Us (2019)
Stupid
This one is just incredibly stupid. Bad dialogue, weird decisions. Straight forward boring plot. Twist ending for the sake of having one. A complete waste of time.
Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi (2017)
One word: Disaster
I have nothing to add that hasn't already been said. The story is just wrong. There's nowhere to go from here. Just have to wonder how they could possibly let this happen... RIP Star Wars.
Interstellar (2014)
Wants too much. Achieves almost nothing.
It's not a bad movie, but it's ordinary at best. Dialogue is very clumsy at times. It's too long, and way too much time is spent on explaining phenomenons that don't need to be explained. It could have been such an elegant and thought provoking movie, but instead it's dead set on explaining absolutely everything. It ruins the mystery, and the opportunity for me to use my own imagination. Unfortunately the time spent making sure that everyone in the audience understands the movie EXACTLY the way the director wants you to, is spent, at the expense of a good storyline and the development of believable characters and meaningful relationships. A funny idea, and a powerful soundtrack, just doesn't cut it for me. I was very underwhelmed and disappointed, but go see for yourself.
