Tsiou is the name of a junkie that is searching for heroin in Athens in the middle of August, a time where traditionally everyone is away on vacation and every dealer is out of town. But everyone else is looking too and it won't be easy to find with so many competition around.

An excellent independent comedy that despite its low budget depends on its characters and succeeds to entertain.

Tsiou the junkie played by Parisis is excellent and writer/ director Makis Papadimitratos is very talented!

On top of that there is an excellent music score that glues the whole film together.

The story can be seen from miles away. A girl finds out her father lives in England and decides to go and meet him. There is the father and daughter awkward reunion, then the mother comes too, some laughs but that's it.

I knew before she moved to England that she'd tear up the place and teach uptight people how to have fun. We have seen that already and this is just another addition without purpose, except to fill an empty evening with a few laughs.

Colin Firth is excellent as always.

5/10 cause we have seen it before. We just don't remember where! :)

Being a big fan of Punisher and an even bigger Dillon/Ennis fan i expected to see a movie that brought their fantastic world to life. When people told me that the Russian was in i was dying to see it. When they also told me the rest of the cast included his neighbors from the "Welcome Home Frank" series i finally went out to rent it.

What i saw was a huge disappointment because of what i expected. The Punisher wouldn't sit down and have dinner. He wouldn't even hint at a flirt with Rebecca's character. In short he wouldn't be so humane! The fight with the Russian is the only thing i enjoyed. Almost an exact copy of the original! Incredible! To sum thing up. For those of you who will see it expecting a good adaptation of the comic don't expect much. For all others the movie is an enjoyable action film. 5/10

This movie was a complete surprise to me! I had heard a lot of good things but i was pleasantly surprised when i realized it was better than i hoped. The old lady in the hospital is one of the scariest scenes i have ever seen. And i still look behind me when i enter an elevator with mirrors. It isn't tiresome and flows nicely from scene to scene.

Beautifully filmed with a good story and many scary scenes it is a good watch overall. A 9 out of 10 for me.

p.s.The Pang Brothers released the "sequel" this year but it isn't as good as this one.

I haven't seen the original movie and i didn't know much about the story too, just that anyone who watched that video died in seven days. I was excited to see it cause i heard a lot from friends. I was disappointed not because it wasn't a good movie but because it wasn't scary at all. Very good storyline, creepy little girl (they always freak me out), incredible Naomi Watts but not scary. Except one or two scenes near the end nothing else made me scared. But that is just me! To wrap things up it is a good movie to watch but not the scariest out there! p.s. Maybe i wasn't scared cause i expected something incredibly scary! And what i imagined wasn't near to what i saw!

A shy and reluctant Theology high school teacher in Thessaloniki decides to solve his erection problem by consulting a doctor for the first time after two years. The doctor just replies that the problem can be solved by Ro 20 (Ρ 20). Ro 20 is played fabulously by Dimitris Starovas. He is a former psychologist (now operating his father's import export meat business) that uses company trucks as moving brothels. Ro 20 actually stands for "Russian 20 years old" which eventually means that Lakis Lazopoulos has to cheat on his wife to solve his problem.

Lakis Lazopoulos portrays the shy theologist very well and he is instantly likable and Vassilis Haralabopoulos is good as the goofy "sidekick" who helps him through the movie. Jokes are present in each scene but what makes you laugh the most are the two main characters as well as the whole Ro 20 scenes. The movie turns a bit serious towards the end as Lazopoulos's character rethinks and makes some decisions to close with a good ending.

Overall a standard N.W.O.G.C. (New Wave Of Greek Comedy) that doesn't give you straightforward jokes (as is the case in most NWOGC) and is good for an afternoon video.

This series follows the life of 4 women in modern Athens that try to find real love as they pass from different relationships and situations. It would be OK if the acting wasn't bad and the whole thing didn't smell Sex and The City from miles away. They both have 4 women (One of them is romantic and seeks to get married), they both have outside characters commenting on the situation, they both have narration by a main character and in general follow the same guidelines as Sex And The City's first and second season did. Some say it isn't a rip off but the similarities between the shows are too many. Too bad because i love Perrakis's work and i am sure he could have thought of something more original. All in all an indifferent show that i don't know why they continued for a second season.

Thanasis Vengos plays a "janitor" in an apartment building. He has 6 sisters and an aunt to care for so he does everything he can to save money. He establishes a small grocery store in his desk, carries a fat woman up on the 6th floor claiming the elevator is broken so he can get a tip etc. And apart from his sisters and aunt he has to get married too. So he is running like mad too catch everything up hence the title Papa-trehas (treho=run).

Vengos does his own stunts again including hanging from the roof of the building! All in all a great movie with great jokes and situations!

I recommend it to everyone!

This series was ahead of its time in 1993. It lasted for 2 seasons but reruns have been rating highly 10 years later. Yannis Bezos and Co give lessons of comedy and remain still some of the most remembered characters. Kakalos, Vlaxos, Dallas, Plapoutas and of course Xlapatsas.

Describing the life of three soldiers of the air force and their superior the series describes various hilarious situations often parodies of existing series and older movies. The episode "O Thrakos Tou KAPSIMI" uses the characters of another popular "cop" show of the same time.

A great series with great actors and a multitude of Greek stars making appearances in each episode! 10/10

Thou Vou returns in this fantastic sequel that adds even more hilarious scenes. Having graduated from the academy as Agent 000 (he got a 0 out of 10 in all of his assignments) and with the help of his faithful sidekick MAP31 he is hired by some people to perform several tasks. They are a Film Company and he doesn't know they will be following him with a camera to record everything he does. Thanassis Veggos truly gives his heart and soul to what he does and so Thou-Vou falakros praktor, epixeirisis Gis Madiam is as fresh and funny as the first one. The difference is that the first one was one of a kind and the second is compared often to it. The first one will always be looked upon as the Best Veggos Film as well as the Best Greek Comedy EVER! (IMO) even as the second is just as funny.

This has got to be the worst soft core ever.....

Laurie Wallace is beautiful, Misty is nice but all the others in the movie should be buried in a landfill along with the "acting" (if you can call it that) "sex scenes" (if you can call them that) and the "story"(i don't think people would see this for the story).

A young couple takes a vacation on Laurie's home town and discovers a mirror in an antique shop. Laurie then proceeds to have sex in front of the mirror with a)herself b)one girl(!) c)two girls(!!) d)three girls(!!!) e)five girls (? where is four?) in order to release the woman trapped in the mirror who has a big treasure blah blah!!

Don't see this movie. Please don't see this movie. Everything in it is laughable! Only it is so bad you cannot laugh.

I must have seen this movie 7-8 times all on TV and still enjoy it as i did first time i saw it! Stallone and Russel fit together perfectly to produce a great duo that gives the whole movie action and comedy in lethal doses! The courtroom scenes are great! Kurt Russell in drag as he leaves the night club, Stallone's face every time he sees his sister with Russell! All great! Even "Q"! Only this time the stupid scientist part is more present than ever! Anyone who wants to get a laugh and see one or two good destructive action scenes should check this out!!

Overall 9/10! For me at least!
