Grey's Anatomy: Sign O' the Times (2021)

T.V can't just be entertainment! Stop whining.
9 May 2021
I see all these 1/10 reviews simply because you didn't like the message and you don't watch tv for politics but just for entertainment. It must be nice to look at something with such privilege and think "I'm so sick of being lectured to". Clearly we haven't been lectured enough as nothing has changed. Media is so powerful. One of our most powerful tools and I for one think, for once, it's being used to give a message that needs the air time. Maybe some need to go back and have a look at some of the other powerful messages that Grey's has given us over the years- capital punishment, gay rights, disability support, PTSD/ mental health to name a few. It's not new. It's just that this message is so raw.

Plus I'm not sure I've ever felt something for a character as quickly as I have for Winston. He's now a favourite.

A great remark on a classic

I was really worried that this would not meet its predecessor- Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (I haven't seen the original Bedtime Stories), but it was definitely entertaining and had so many funny moments. I'm not a great fan of Rebel Wilson but she was highly entertaining. All in all it was a easy movie to watch and take your mind off things for a few hours.

Not really for kids
2 October 2018
The movie seemed quite dark at times. Something with an Australia G rating, should be light and accessible for kids. Even the colour was faded, and while there were some lovely messages, it just seemed like it was dragging at the end. The family also seemed to be a side thought at times during the story.

Beautiful family movie

We thoroughly enjoyed this movie. The soundtrack- especially wonderful life- is beautiful. The message is so heartwarming, and there were lots of funny moments too.
