Why couldn't it be about the Princess and her two sidekick-friends?
17 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
I loved loved loved this series! I ve watched the first season a hundred times! Buuuut... there comes a "but"... why? Why did they ruin a perfect story with witches and mermaids and whatever? Why couldn't it be about the adventures of a princess and her two sidekick friends in an enchanted kingdom? And what was all that nonsense with Mora? Really? And Lucy in Heaven? Don't let me start about Elfo!!!! And at the end after aaaalll they be been together they were separated for Bean to live in a hut by the beach with a half fish 😝 for me the series ended far earlier with Bean Elfo and Lucy together doing their mischiefs and having fun together. As for Bean's soulmate, for me it would either some kind of an one eyed pirate who can take his liquor or an one legged Viking or Elfo I don't accept anyone else 😝 It would be 10 stars if it weren't for that awful ending.

Not Poirot at all.
7 October 2023
What did I just see? Was that Poirot? What's with all those jumpscares? Poirot means mystery not some silly scares in a dark as night set. I was really disappointed since I loved both the Orient express and death on the Nile with their amazing cinematography . HUGE disappointment. I hope they remain faithful to the Poirot spirit for the next movie. I waited all this time for this, went to the cinema, convinced my partner who hates mystery movies to come with me because it was supposed to be amazing like the previous two, paid my ticket and all for me to say I am sorry to have dragged him to this disaster of a movie. 2 stars and not one because the acting was fine.

Such a tragic story!
24 November 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Poor Cornelia... her story is just so tragic so so tragic... not even a glimmer of happiness for almost her whole life... she lost everything in just a moment... She was raped and contracted syphilis due to that rape AND became pregnant with a boy who was born with congenital syphilis... she watched him perish while knowing that it would eventually be her fate... and Eli! Oh Eli... a dream man! (Chaske Spencer is amazing!) Her dream man! She met him and fell in love with him knowing she could never be with him just because some monster ruined her life... and their kiss... her need for him, for something she never experienced and never would experience, her wanting to protect him going against her heart is heartbreaking... I 'd like to think she was cured of syphilis (I know there wasn't a cure back then but I am a writer and I write historic novels and have done lots of research) but if someone contracted malaria could be cured of syphilis. So in a dream world she was cured and they ended up together... embracing one another under the milky way... P.s I gave it 9 stars and not 10 because of the ending... I prefer my "dream" ending better!

I wish they would just produce more "Be cool" episodes
6 August 2022
This series lack the humour, charm, vibrant colors and storyline flow from its predecessor "Be cool Scooby Doo". I wish they could just go back and produce more episodes for that series! A season 3 would be great!

Amazing fist cycle
1 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I loved the first cycle! Absolutely loved it and since knowing that this series was cancelled I was really sad! But cycle two was such a disappointment! All the character development in the first cycle just went out of the window! As for the relationships that were formed: The missionary and Leena, Alice and Aafrin, they just built up those two relationships only to just throw them out of the window! And why bring back the pure evil wife of the missionary in season 2 after repeatedly showing us how miserable he was with her?!

Anyway. It could have been improved if there was a 3rd cycle (and let's be honest there were many more stories to be told) but the series was cancelled.

It is such a pity that series like this get cancelled and the Kardashians keep on getting tv time. Anyway P.s. Sonnie's character was utterly irritating and unbearable from the first episode down to the last.

Finally someone changed the tragic fate!
13 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I have seen every adaptation of "Les Liaisons dangereuses" especially liking the 2012 Chinese version.

Each and every time I hoped that someone would change the tragic fate of the protagonists, and each and every time I was disappointed to find that the ending was the same as always... FINALLY, after 240 years atonement came for the protagonists!

I could keep writing and writing forever but I will just say that I loved this ending. Those characters deserved a second chance and finally someone gave them that! No P.s. I don't like social media at all and don't even have instagram.

Heartbreaking adaptation
25 May 2022
I saw the 1954 version and although I liked it very much I didn't cry. I saw this version and I just couldn't stop crying. The ending was utterly heartbreaking and although I usually disagree with changing the endings of well known books, plays etc (for example Agatha Christie's works that on the newest adaptations it's some kind of a "norm" to change the endings) I hoped down to the last second of the movie for the ending to change. An amazing adaptation. One I will never forget.

What happened to romance?
5 January 2022
What happened to romance? I used to love Disney movies since I was a child for their magic and romance and pure love, but now that I am 29 I see that romance is extinct both in real life and in Disney movies. I think that Frozen was the last Disney movie to feature a love story/ romance...I am not disappointed... I just feel really sad... what happened to romance? What happened to fairytale love?

Enchanto was a boring and indifferent movie that I simply forgot as soon as I saw. There is no real story and apart from Bruno no other character was likeable, especially the main lead. If anyone from Disney reads my comment (I now that we live in a time of political correctness etc etc) just go back to your classic fairytales... we need some fairytale in our lives...

Great prequel for a tv series!
10 November 2021
That would be a great prequel for a tv series where Monica and Giovanni get married and we see them living together! Oh that would be so much fun! It would also be interesting seeing their children reaction in living together! I hope someone sees this comment and considers making a tv series!

Loved the movie!
16 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I love this movie! You can clearly see the feelings develop between Ali and Cole, how troubled they both were at first, the way they evolve, the way they try to understand one another, the way they look at each other, the way Ali smiles when he sees her smile... the way Cole's heart break when she sees him at the showers, And the ending... so heartbreaking and yet so sweet... In my mind I'd like to think that Ali was at last freed and they met again free to develop their relationship and be happy together! Love can make anything happen! Great movie.

So so so dark.
18 December 2020
The first one had such beautiful colors such a beautiful story about unconditional love you were happy to watch and rewatch and rewatch.... But this one is dark, colorless, depressing... I felt so so so anxious and sad by watching this. It was awful.

I have been watching SpongeBob since it first came out in the 90s and I just can't get used to the change in style. Not everything has to be made in 3D. I hated the desing and it was actually kinda gross in some scenes. Just leave SpongeBob alone and let him be as we know him a very pretty funny and cute 2D little yellow sponge.

What I have figured out after watching this series 5 times!
15 February 2017
Warning: Spoilers
SPOILER ALERT!!! After watching this series for about 5 times! (Yeah I know! I am a Kdrama fan :P ) I have come to this conclusion: In her first life Eun Soo went back in time where Choi Young was killed by the ambush set by he evil uncle of the king, so she wrote down the whole incident in her diary and went through the portal that send her further back in time.

In her second life Eun Soo went back in time where after finding the previous pages of the diary saved Choi Young from the ambush that had killed him the previous time only for him to be driven crazy with guilt after the queen was killed by the evil uncle of the king when he abducted her, she then had to leave him and traveled further back in time where she also wrote this incident to her diary.

In her third life Eun Soo went back in time, saved Choi Young from the ambush of the evil uncle, saved the queen from the evil uncle and then went further back in time, because she was ambushed, only to be reunited with our sweetheart Choi Young in the heartfelt end of the series.

We can only assume that the fourth time she would have written what had happened the third time and avoided the crazy heaven-citizen- wannabe.

I feel like the whole concept of this series is that everyone's lives had already been, and we have to live again, and again the same life for eternity, and that is why Eun Soo has written so many "BE CAREFUL! DANGER" pages about Choi Young because of the fact that every time she "lives" she adds a little something to that diary.

I would have loved to see my sweetheart Lee Goon Ji in the main role, had it not been for his military service, but I found Lee Min Ho just as gorgeous. That's all from me! I hope I was somewhat understandable! :)

A great show!
20 February 2015
The show is great. Adelaide Kane is wonderful as Mary, strong powerful and beautiful. All the actors taking part in the series are great I can't get enough of it I am so happy it will come back for another season!Mary is a young but strong willed and determined woman. She arrives in France with no ally there but manages to establish her presence there . She has been through a lot but she never lost her spirit. The costumes and location are wonderful too. A great history- drama series. I am expecting season 3 with much anticipation as I can't wait to see what will happen now as the "France" chapter is coming to a closure (as I guess from the history of Mary queen of Scots).

A great movie just not so stick-to-the-book scenario
6 June 2014
This is the first review I 've ever written on a film. I watched the movie and dare say that the actor chosen to play Jace is PERFECT. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Fell in love with him as Jace even from the trailer. I also like Carly although I would have liked her better if she was a little more red- haired (but that's OK).I also thought Magnus Bane was adorable and I ve been loving Jonathan Rhys Meyers for years since "The Tudors" so I found him great as Valentine! (even though Valentine is supposed to be blonde) . Isabel in my opinion was cast wrong. Now for the plot.... I would have liked it much better if they sticked to the book some more. They have changed far too many things. The movie is a great movie it's just not exactly what the book was about. I would find it great if the next movie's scenario was closer to the book's story. I truly believe that for those who haven't read the books they 'll find this movie pretty great!
