Mythic Quest: A Dark Quiet Death (2020)
Season 1, Episode 5
10/10
I am...speechless.

My eyes may or may not be filled with tears after what I just watched...and I did not anticipate this level of emotion from Mythic Quest. This episode is one of the best episodes ever made for a show. I mean that. 10/10.

Okay c'mon, Sam...

How do you go from making Evil Dead, Evil Dead II (one of my favorite horror movies ever made), Army of Darkness, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 (my second favorite movie of all-time)....to this? This is so..so bad. Feels like it was directed by some poor Sam Raimi wannabe rather than THE ACTUAL SAM RAIMI himself. Really wanted to enjoy this. Oh well, I guess. I hope Doctor Strange 2 is good when it comes around..lol..yikes.

Your Honor (II) (2020–2023)

Would be pretty good...if the kid wasn't such an absolute MORON.

This show is single-handedly ruined by the main kid, Cranston's "son". Literally making one horrible decision after another. Trying my best not to blame the actor for terrible writing, but even his acting is lacking. I know that's harsh, but...damn. Really let down 5 episodes into the first Season. Will update rating higher if anything happens to change my mind...but the show is no greater than a 5 right now. And that's being relatively generous.

Such a great start to Season 2. This episode has it all! Can only hope the others follow-suit.

5-stars for the special effects alone...that's about all I can give it.

This 3-part series contains some of the worst acting performances I've ever seen in something otherwise both visually appealing and impressive.

Guns Akimbo (2019)

It's so bad...yet so likeable at the same time.

A perfect 5/10 if I've ever seen one. Enjoyable for mindless gratuitous violence with video game themes and a few actually-funny jokes/puns (and plenty of cringey ones). But aside from that, it's simply a bad movie by many other standards. Yet it's fun and watchable at the same time. It's so strange haha. I know this is confusing, but feel free to see for yourself! You'll likely see exactly what I mean.

Joker (I) (2019)
10/10
The best film I have ever seen in my entire life, and likely always will be.
14 October 2019
I have watched this movie 4 times so far at the theatres. The importance of the message in this film when it comes to mental illness, neglect, and abuse of those who just want happiness and equal-treatment is absolutely paramount and incredibly true to every day life in this struggling world. The performances (all of them, but especially Joaquin's) are perfect all the way through...but the scene that takes place on the Murray late show is the single best scene in cinema history, in my opinion.

Rating: Perfection/10
