This was another painful episode to watch. I of course like Carol and Daryl, but man.... it literally adds nothing to the story whatsoever.

Maybe fold laundry or something during this episode so it wasn't a total waste of your time.

This was one of those episodes where if you get up to get a drink, and someone says "Do you want me to pause it?".... You reply with "Nah, it's cool".

Boring. Unnecessary. Complete waste of time.

Fun and unique series, but each season should be 8 episodes - TOPS! The same thing happens for most of the themes: Start off great, then flame out 2/3 of the way in. I actually enjoyed "1984" because it was on the shorter side at 10 episodes. If FX can focus more on quality over quantity, each of these seasons could be so much better.

What a shame. I really liked the story and characters in The Passage. Nothing was ever predictable, and it offered up plenty of scares for network television. It's a shame shows like this get the axe after one short season, yet millions will tune in year after year for season 37 of CSI: El Paso, or another awful singing competition. Sigh.

(Sigh)... Despite being disappointed with several Coen Brothers movies in the past (O Brother, Where Art Thou? , Burn After Reading, etc), the high ratings of "Hail, Caesar!" convinced me to give them one more shot. Sadly it finally confirmed once and for all that I'll never enjoy their movies. Super slow pace, weird story, and insanely random scenes/cameos with some rather high profile Hollywood actors. By the halfway point I honestly just wanted it to end. The musical number with Channing Tatum was sort of entertaining I guess, the oddball character Hobie had a certain charm to him, and the 1950s setting was a nice spin... but overall this movie just didn't do it for me. Hopefully Coen Brothers fans will find this more intriguing, but steer clear if you haven't enjoyed their past films.

For the past five summers I have watched Falling Skies with the hope of eventually seeing a great ending to an otherwise average show. Sadly, I was left disappointed and can't recommend anyone spend the time to watch all 52 episodes. The story was a good idea with likable characters and competent actors playing them. The effects were even good for a cable TV show on a budget. I hate to define a show by one season, but the fact of the matter is that the ending just wasn't very good and makes the whole series seem like wasted time. Huge SciFi fans might be up for the ride, but with an ever growing selection of video streaming available, Falling Skies falls short. Sorry for the terrible pun.

Between the IMDb and Netflix ratings you'd think Daredevil was the greatest show in the history of television. The positives are that Charlie Cox seems to play the part of Matt Murdock very well and it's fun seeing Deborah Ann Woll in something post-True Blood. The action sequences are tame yet enjoyable and ultimately more realistic because this isn't Thor or Ironman... it's a blind guy that can fight. Thank you Marvel for not making this completely ridiculous.

That being said. Every episode feels like it's 10 to 15 minutes too long and this first season should have been 10 episodes - MAX. I can't count how many pointless and boring conversations have taken place that add nothing to the story. Fisk's henchmen/allies (Owlsley, Madame Gao, Wesley) are possibly the least interesting characters I've ever seen. Foggy is poorly acted and comes across as annoying rather than endearing. The whole production just seems stagnant overall. All of these strikes add up and I literally struggled to get through this first season.

I wanted to love this show because I support Netflix and am glad they are coming up with original programming, but unfortunately it's just not very good.

FX comedies have always been very hit or miss for me. Shows like "The League", "Always Sunny in Philadelphia", and "Louie" are all quirky in their own way and make for some great television. "Married" however leans more towards the mediocre list with shows like "Saint George" and "Anger Management". Nat Faxon and Judy Greer are the likable couple that the show revolves around, along with some oddball friend characters that only seem to exist to help fill up the 30 minute program. The weekly plot lines produce a few laughs you wouldn't see on network TV since FX can get away with some risky material, but overall each episode feels kind of empty and sporadic. Even the music score makes the show feel slow and depressing. I would be surprised if their was a 2nd season since there's nothing to keep most viewers interested in this show unfortunately.

Yes... Revolution is THAT painful. One day when I'm on my deathbed I'll remember that I wasted 10 hours of my life watching this absolutely awful show. Really bad acting, a story that degrades on a weekly basis, and BY FAR the worst writing in the history of television. I remember my breaking point was a scene where there is serious dialogue between two main characters that will help explain the outcome of the episode. One of the characters actually says "You can go back to being the General of my nuts!". I literally laughed out loud and immediately deleted the season pass. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this show as possible.
