Andhadhun (2018)
Do not trust Indian movies' rating
This is a very good example for an overrated Indian movie. I picked this movie because of the rating, but unlike western movies, the rating is obviously not accurate. Perhaps, this is why IMDB have a separate list for highly rated Indian movies.
If you have a taste, just ignor this one because you will be disappointed.
American Gods (2017)
Red Alert.. something is wrong!
First season.. a rollercoaster.
The second one.. I could barely force myself to continue 👎
Weird City (2019)
Short and worth binge-watching
Being a fan of Black Mirror made it a little bit difficult to watch a sort of Comedy version of it.
Nice TV show in general; good acting with great concept and glamorous visuals.
Would definitely be waiting for a second season👍
Black Mirror: Bandersnatch (2018)
Eight stars for the experience
A very nice experience.. basically a GAME rather than a movie.
If there is only one reason to get a Netflix account, this one is enough.
Although the content is rich with Easter eggs and full of details, I think the whole story could've been made better.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017)
Good to be watched but don't expect much!
Nicely written and directed.. yet some scenes are fishy.
Narcos: México (2018)
Don't expect much
Can't be put upto the previous seasons.. watching it was like torture.. the final episode was a relief.. the only episode worth watching!
A Star Is Born (2018)
Overratet
I was super excited for this movie but it disappointed me.
It's highly OVERrated.. nothing like a good movie.. the only good thing here is the music .
Waste your time somewhere else 😏
Empire of the Sun (1987)
❤
It's all about Bale's acting.. he was the movie.. no more.. no less❤
Nocturnal Animals (2016)
Can I call it a masterpiece?
A very short story of love, betrayal and, ultimately, revenge.
Very fine visuals.. good acting.. and a touching performance.
Not for an average viewer.

10 Days Before the Wedding (2018)
A biased short review
This is the first time I watch the street I walk through, the people I meet and the sky that stands high upon us on the big screen.
The first and only time I've been to the cinema was when I was a little kid, that time movie theaters were almost gasping to meet their final destiny. I still remember every siple detail of that night.. a person must remember his first time they say!
After that night I've never been to any movie theater as they were shut by the new regime and inforced, with a very strict understanding of Sharia laws, against people's will. Since then my longing never stoped and movies were never to be played in a once-upon-a-time socialist Marxists city!
Cheerfully, that didn't last forever as this movie broke the silence and changed the status quo.
This movie is well screened and directed, played with talent and passion, still, I find the story to be a mere cliche; repeated hundreds of times in art and literature, and this is perhaps why Amr Gamal need to hand some of the responsibilities he takes on his back to others. I believe that there are many Yemeni pieces of work that can be put into motion.
I highly recommend this movie as it is, up until now, one of its kind.
12 Angry Men (1957)
It's OK
This is not what I expected, and perhaps this is the problem; high expectations.
I expected this movie to be something great because of its rating, but on the contrary, it was just something ok.. moderate.. average.
Incendies (2010)
Great story, bad production!
This is a fine story of love, war, and unfortunate circumstances with great potential to be a great movie. Although the story is the story of the civil war in Lebanon ( yet the country not ever mentioned) the film is filmed in Jordan with Jordanian actors and locations.. wich is for me (an arab) was very irritating for the notion I was given that this is a story of some war that took place in Jordan (which is something that never happened).. at first I thought it's about the (Black September) then I was just confused and started searching.
Lebanon is much more developed when it comes to movies and cinema which puzzled me and I kept asking myself as to why did the producers chose Jordan not the country of the story and the country with more sophisticated film industry.
I believe reading the novel should've been my go-to choice not the movie.
Narcos (2015)
One of the most exciting shows
I fell In love with this show from the first season, which is the best season, and it started declining as seasons started airing.. this is perhaps why they chose to start with a whole new show named Narcos: Mexico. Instead of simply just adding a new season to a very popular show.
This show is very recommended.. don't hesitate to watch it.. yet Netflix needs to know that they need to make it better as seasons go, not the opposite.
