Perhaps the freakiest of them all, Zooey and Katy's resemblance is uncanny. I seriously don't know who is who. They also both spell their names funny.

I seriously thought Penelope Cruz was with this guy.

I don't know why but these two always confuse me. They don't even really look that alike in their respective imdb pictures... but I can never tell them apart so I guess there must be some underlying similarity there.

Plus, google has better comparison pics of them.

I got a glimpse of I-Carly now and I seriously thought someone moved back the clock and cast Stephanie from Full House.

About 50 years ago, Robin Williams made a clone and didn't tell anyone about it. That clone is Bono from U2.

Hilary Swank could be added as a triplet to this duo.

Seriously, were the casting people trying to purposely confuse us by casting virtually identical twins Leighton and Minka in the same movie so we wouldn't know who is who? Not cool, casting people, not cool.

Both Natalie and Keira look so alike that they were both cast as Queen Amidala. When in costume, even their mothers couldn't tell them apart.

Helen and Leelee (?) are not as identical as some of the others on this list. But they have a similar vibe/appearance.

Well I hate Megan Fox and that's why I've avoided adding her to the list until now. But yesterday I happened to catch a glimpse of the Transformers and could deny the fact no longer... Fox and Jolie are twins!

I can't believe I forgot to add these two doppelgangers to the list until now! My apologies good men! I ALWAYS get them mixed up! Seriously, they LOOK THE SAME.

I think Steve looks like Colin Firth only a little more smushed down... almost as if you were to take the top of Firth's head and push it down towards his chin... does that make any sense?!

Okay so Hilary could have made it in the list alongside Jennifer Garner and Amy Jo Johnson, since I always thought they all had kind of the same look... But why put her alongside people she merely resembles, when we have here a dead ringer identical clone!?

From the thumbnail I'm gonna go ahead and say that Missy also has a Kristen Stewart vibe going on...

I dunno why but I always figured that when Scabbers turned into Peter Pettigrew (Harry Potter for you non-readers) he would look something like either Reubens/Cumming. They really have that mousy/timid look going on, don't ya think?!

It seems as though we're starting a little Harry Potter evil twin 2.0 as well... Think people! Any Rupert Grint lookalikes that come to mind?

These two are definitely not identical but they really have that similar vibe going on.

Josh Lucas has that special type of face that can look like a lot of people. He can also really look like Bradley Cooper or Matthew Mcconaughey. I guess it depends on what type of mood you're in. Regardless, he is ALWAYS a dead-ringer for the ever-so-hunky legend Paul Newman.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say "like father like son."

Similar to the example above, if I didn't know any better, I'd say "like mother like daughter." Nevermind that Streep already has a daughter who is virtually her clone.

Jennifer Ehle is shaping up to be quite a promising young actress. She already has the Meryl Streep look going on, so who's to say she can't have as promising a career?

Nevermind that their pictures on imdb don't effectively illustrate their striking resemblance. Just take my word on it or any of the other 430948093 people who also think that Jordin Sparks and America Ferrera are practically identical twins.

The only reason these two haven't been on the list until now is that I never knew they were two separate people until a contributor pointed it out (thanks stephanie_wahlberg91!). Honestly, the face is the same and the name is practically the same, so how can you not get confused?!

Since we're clearly into Evil Twin Version 2.0 of TV shows/movies, it seems as though we have ourselves the alternate mirror world of Gossip Girl going on too.

I'm not sure about this Thandie/Zoe add but I'll leave it on for now and let you guys be the ultimate judge. What do you think?

I've never heard of these actors before but thank god they're actors so that they can qualify for the list! I find it mind-boggeling how two different sets of parents with their own unique makeup of genes can produce two non-related human beings who look so much alike!

So when user stephanie_wahlberg91 suggested this pair, I didn't have a mental image of what Kurt Russell looked like. So being the googler that I am, I went to the handy search site. Let me tell you-- there are pictures of half of Kurt's face paired with half of Bridges face and you CAN'T TELL IT'S TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. This is beyond creepy. I suggest you check it out.

So the more I add people to this list, the more I wonder, are Hollywood agents purposely trying to collect an army of identical clones to act in movies/TV? Cause it's a cruel and unusual punishment to confuse the viewers with identical faces all the time. Do they not want any individuality in Hollywood?

Anna kind of looks like the child of Britney Spears and Jayma Mays to me, with Britney Spears' colorings and Jayma Mays' cutesiness (<--That's not a word, don't bother looking it up).

Langella and Lee really do look alike, but Lee has more evil looking features while Langella looks like a kind old man. Is Christopher Lee the true evil twin of Frank Langella in every sense of the word?
