The Tommy Westphall Universe

by GusF | created - 26 May 2019 | updated - 10 Feb 2022 | Public

In the "St. Elsewhere" series finale "The Last One", it was revealed that the entire series had taken place in the mind of the autistic teenager Tommy Westphall.

As "St. Elsewhere" crossed over with several series (which in turn crossed over with others), this had led to the suggestion that all of these series likewise take place in Tommy Westphall's mind.

Although the Tommy Westphall Universe is no more than a fun concept, this is intended to be a comprehensive list of all series and films which supposedly take place within it.

Other than "St. Elsewhere" itself, the list is presented in chronological order.
