Probably the best horror character of all, with 2 of the best horror films of all time, and 2 of the funniest horror adaptations. That being said, most Frankenstein films are disappointing.

Returning to the ancestral castle long after the death of the monster, the son of Dr. Frankenstein meets a mad shepherd who is hiding the comatose creature. To clear the family name, he revives the creature and tries to rehabilitate him.

Not as good as the others, but how can you go wrong with Karloff as "The Monster", Bela Lugosi as "Ygor" and Basil Rathbone as "the Baron". Look for Lionel Atwill as "the Inspector", a role parodied many times.
