The band Linkin Park has contributed their music to the world of motion pictures before with singles on the soundtracks for Transformers and a reworked score for The Raid: Redemption, but now Deadline reports beat master Joseph Hahn (or Mr. Hahn) has gotten behind the camera to direct a feature film called Mall. The film was already released in France with the title A Day to Kill and follows a group of people who come together after a shooting in a shopping mall. Sounds like Crash, but with the more timely and relevant public shooting angle, and we have a trailer. It looks like a feature length music video, with some weird threads that will be tied together somehow, but maybe the story will be worth it? Watch now! Here's the first trailer for Joseph Hahn's Mall from YouTube: Mall (or A Day to Kill) is directed by Joseph Hahn,...

Rachel Uchitel is back on the market. The Celebrity Rehab alum and former mistress of Tiger Woods is now officially divorced from Matt Hahn. The two, who married in a quiet Las Vegas ceremony in October 2011, filed to end their union in June 2013, with Hahn initially claiming he was the victim of "cruel and inhumane treatment." "The judgment of the divorce came through Monday Jan. 13," Uchitel's lawyers told Page Six in a statement. "Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn are pleased to announce the amicable settlement of their divorce proceedings. Mr. Hahn withdrew his claims against Ms. Uchitel, and they will be divorced based on the irretrievable breakdown of their marriage. The parties...

Matt Hahn has spoken. (Well, kind of.) An attorney for the Penn State fullback released a statement regarding his split from nightclub manager (and famous former mistress) Rachel Uchitel, saying, "Matt Hahn has filed for divorce from Rachel Uchitel in the State of New York. A divorce, for anyone, is a highly emotional pursuit and requires considered judgment." The release continues to state, "All attorneys involved are dedicated to bringing this matter to a fair and equitable resolution. Mr. Hahn loves his daughter Wyatt and only wishes the best for her. Every effort will be made to achieve those goals without protracted litigation. I ask that the media respect Mr. Hahn's privacy in this matter...

I never really get a chance to talk about the Linkin Park on the site, but I'm a fan of the band, and I really enjoy listening to their music. They do a great job of getting me pumped up, and they are a very geek friendly band. They have provided music for the first two Transformers films, and I just always assumed they would be providing music for the third Transformers film as well, and they are. The band has revealed a little teaser of their theme song for Transformers: Dark of the Moon. When you go to the band official website you'll notice a small moon at the top right corner of the page. Click it and it gives fans the 15 second teaser, but you can watch and listen to it below.

Linkin Park go into a slow-motion performance in a music video for their new single "The Catalyst". Mike Shinoda is wearing a black hoodie and sitting motionlessly on the back seat of a car while singing his lines, and frontman Chester Bennington is delivering his verses while struggling to keep himself floating in the water.
A lot of smoke and colored dust are used, creating chaos scenes throughout the clip directed by the band's member DJ Joe Hahn. Of his scene, Shinoda told MTV, "My voice is a little tired, because I'm singing on this one. And it's a lot of singing; it's been a long day, a lot of smoke [being used]. Once again, Mr. Hahn is in the driver's seat, and we have faith in where he'll take us."
Dave Farrell previously said, "Joe likes to create things visually, likes to go for something big. So the look of it is very different.

Linkin Park have gone to the ends of the earth — and the inner reaches of the mind — in previous videos, but it's doubtful any of them can match the sheer spectacle of their brand-new clip for "The Catalyst," which pushes the limits (and the band's endurance) in newfound ways.
Directed once again by Linkin Park DJ Joseph Hahn, the clip for "The Catalyst" — the first single from their upcoming A Thousand Suns album — pits the band against the elements. In one scene, frontman Chester Bennington is submerged in a tank of water, singing the song's massive chorus while trying very hard to keep from drowning. In another, his cohort Mike Shinoda sings in the backseat of a car, while...

Linkin Park's videos have run the gamut from the massive (the wide-screen visuals of "What I've Done," the exploding soundscapes of "New Divide") to the minimal (the dream-like macro focus of "Somewhere I Belong," the jittery animated world of "Breaking the Habit"), but the majority of them have one thing in common: the dude sitting in the director's chair.
Since their breakout 2000 album Hybrid Theory, Linkin Park DJ Joseph Hahn has also served as the band's primary video director. And that's very much the case with their upcoming video for "The Catalyst," the first single off their much-anticipated A Thousand Suns album (due September 14). But unlike previous efforts, Hahn seemed determined to push his...

A new Linkin Park video game has been created and is promised to be launched sometime soon. In order to satisfy their fans, the band's members Chester Bennington, Rob Bourdon, Brad Delson, Dave "Phoenix" Farrell, Mr. Hahn and Mike Shinoda have teamed up with the design team to create the look and content of the game.
"In the game, you have been chosen by the rebellion to solve a mystery," Shinoda opened up on his official blog. "Items have been stolen from the six leaders of the rebellion. Collecting these items is the rebellion's only hope to thwarting the plans of the evil PixxelKorp."
The prize for those winning the game, which will be made available in iPhone and iPod touch, is more than just a credit screen. The player will be treated with the band's brand new song which title is yet to be disclosed.
