The Hellraiser (2022) episode of Wtf Happened to This Horror Movie? was Written by Emilie Black, Narrated by Adam Walton, Edited by Juan Jimenez, Produced by Lance Vlcek and John Fallon, and Executive Produced by Berge Garabedian.
Seemingly all the major slashers have had their remakes from Freddy Krueger to Leatherface to Jason Voorhees to Harry Warden, even Black Christmas and Prom Night have had remakes. For years, the world of horror had been working on bringing a remake of Hellraiser to the screen, one that fans would love, one that would be more extreme than the original, something even Clive Barker had a go at. Somehow, all the remakes seemed to have false starts by getting announced and then disappearing. Then, the Hulu reboot happened, completely different from the original, yet in the same spirit as the novella.

After 15 seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and 13 international spinoffs, the franchise has launched the careers of over 400 fierce drag queens. As those performers grow their careers, a select lucky few are granted the opportunity to return to the competition to compete on the Paramount+ sister series: “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars.”
So far the world has seen eight seasons of “All Stars,” with winners that include Alaska, Trixie Mattel, Shea Couleé, and Kylie Sonique Love. Given the wild success of the franchise, it’s safe to assume that plenty more fan favorites will be making return trips to the mainstage for more “All Stars” seasons. Whipshots, a vodka-infused whipped cream product from Starco Brands and co-founder and partner Cardi B, has launched a new limited edition lime flavor just in time for summer.
On a misty Monday night in Santa Monica, the rapper, entrepreneur and media personality revealed the flavor’s new “Whip It, Beaches” advertising campaign, and made Whipshots-topped cocktails for guests at The Bungalow.
Joining vanilla, mocha and caramel, the lime flavor is available for a limited time in retail stores (across 25 U.S. states) now and will be online starting June 14. By the end of summer, Whipshots – which first launched a year and a half ago, and has sold over 2 million cans to date – is expected to be available for purchase in 37 markets (including Cardi’s native New York).

Girls, gays, theys: this one is for you. On Friday, Sam Smith and Kim Petras released the sexy, high-production, cinematic video for their song “Unholy,” and it features everything from strippers to burlesque dancers to drag queens.
The Floria Sigismondi-directed visual opens with a woman saying goodbye to her partner after he drops her off at a strange location. The woman then finds a condom-themed invitation to “The Body Shop.” Upon her arrival to said location, she’s escorted to “something unholy:” a clandestine sex club cabaret, where her man often escapes to.

Last week’s episode of Ru Paul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race saw the mystery contestants being paired with some of the most iconic queens to ever appear on Drag Race. Sadly after being paired with the incredibly talented Gottmik, we saw Millie Von Sunshine being told to sashay away but before she could exit the building she had to reveal who was behind all the make-up. It turned out that it was none other than the amazing Jenna Ushkowitz who is probably best known for playing Tina in the hit musical series Glee! I do have to say it was quite sad to see Jenna leave the completion as her iconic lip-sync to “Dancing On My Own” will forever be one of the most memorable performances to come from this season but I do think the correct person was eliminated! On the other end of the competition, however, was...

Fans may know her as Elektra Abundance-Evangelista, the fierce house mom from beloved series "Pose" with all the confidence in the world and the Naomi Campbell-esque looks to go with it. But while she's just as iconic in real life, Dominique Jackson's wisdom goes far beyond her glamorous persona.
Her portrayal of a beautiful Black trans woman on a major TV show catapulted Jackson into the spotlight, and she quickly became a game changer for trans representation in media. The show - and Jackson's character - inspired audiences so much, she says one woman even bowed down to her in the middle of an airport. "She said that her promotion came because when she was walking in there, she kept thinking, 'Would Elektra walk in here and take "no" for an answer?'" Jackson recalls.

“Central Park,” the hit animated musical comedy series from Apple TV+, will return for its third season on Friday, September 9. Original cast member Kristen Bell is returning to star in Season 3 in the new role of Abby, Paige’s little sister.
In Season 1, Bell voiced Owen (Leslie Odom Jr.) and Paige’s (Kathryn Hahn) mixed raced daughter Molly, but she exited the series in 2020 because she believed it unjust for her to voice a biracial character.
“Casting a mixed race character w/a white actress undermines the specificity of the mixed race & Black American experience,” Bell’s statement read at the time.
From creator, writer and executive producer Loren Bouchard, Josh Gad and Nora Smith, the 13-episode third season of “Central Park” will premiere globally on Apple TV+ with three episodes. It will be followed by one episode weekly every Friday through November 18.

In Friday’s fourth episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race 14,” Alyssa Hunter‘s heightened version of herself in the super teaser acting challenge struck the judges as too one note. The challenge asked the queens to let loose and show their vulnerability through a willingness to go all out. Alyssa did that, but not in as many ways as the judges wanted her to. Do You think Alyssa was the right choice to be eliminated or should her fellow bottom two girl, Kerri Colby, have gone home instead?

Once RuPaul Charles made the decision to bring back Orion Story and Daya Betty in this week’s third episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” another queen’s fate was sealed as the new pork chop of the season. Based on her weak presentation of three animal print looks in the Hide n Chic fashion ball and a messy lipsync performance against Maddy Morphosis, June Jambalaya became the first eliminated queen of season 14. We asked in a recent poll if that was the right decision, and sure enough Ru and the other judges made the right call. Scroll down for your complete poll results at the bottom of this post.

RuPaul Charles twisted the competition of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 14 in this week’s third episode by bringing back Orion Story and Daya Betty, the queens eliminated in the two-part premiere. “RuPaul’s Drag Race” will return for Season 14 with a two-part premiere on Friday, Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. Et/Pt, VH1 announced on Thursday. A gaggle of 14 queens will vie for the $100,000 grand prize — including the show’s first-ever heterosexual, cisgender male contestant.
The after-show, “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked,” will premiere immediately following the premiere at 9:30 p.m. Et/Pt.
For several seasons, the “Drag Race” franchise has expanded its vision of what defines a drag queen. The first season of “Drag Race UK” featured a bisexual performer, Scaredy Kat, who had a girlfriend when he was on the show. The most recent season of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” was won by Kylie Sonique Love, the first out trans woman to win in franchise history.
