The 4th of July has arrived, and whether you’re celebrating by grilling, lounging by the pool or spending some quality time with family and friends, odds are at some point you’ll probably want to turn on the TV. The Fourth of July holiday on Tuesday features several traditional music and fireworks special presentations on TV and streaming online in primetime. Here is a rundown:
A Capitol Fourth

The 43rd annual celebration will be broadcast live from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol and is hosted this year by Alfonso Ribeiro. A total of 20 cameras positioned throughout the city will capture the fireworks around the National Mall.
Scheduled performers include Boyz II Men, Chicago, Belinda Carlisle, Babyface, Maddie & Tae, Charles Esten, Renée Fleming and Adrienne Warren, with performances from America’s Got Talent finalists Northwell Nurse Choir, the National Symphony Orchestra, and the U.S. Army Band with “Pershing’s Own” during the fireworks display, accompanied by live cannon fire provided by the United States Army Presidential Salute Battery.

President Joe Biden will deliver his first State of the Union address to Congress on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 9 p.m. Et/ 6 p.m. Pt. The speech comes as Biden — and the nation — face a host of generational crises including a burgeoning war in Ukraine, an ever-shifting pandemic and the overarching threat of climate change. It will mark Biden’s second address to a joint session of Congress.

Fox News has tapped Jacqui Heinrich to serve as White House correspondent, reporting on Joe Biden’s presidency alongside Peter Doocy.
The network also named Aishah Hasnie as congressional correspondent, and Alexandria Hoff as a Washington based general assignment reporter.
Heinrich most recently was congressional correspondent for the network, as she reported on Biden’s inauguration and first address to a joint session of Congress, as well as the campaign trail and conventions in 2020. She also is a co-host of Fox News Audio’s The Fox News Rundown podcast. She joined the network in 2018, and previously was an anchor for Wfxt-tv, Fox’s Boston affiliate.
Her appointment follows the departure in May of White House correspondent Kristin Fisher, who left for CNN to cover the space program.
