Some Big Brother 25 drama surfaced (again) on social media between America Lopez and Jared Fields.
America and Jared were on the BB25 cast, but both came up short in their quest to win the $750,000.
Jared was sent home early in the season after trying to play both sides of the house. It was part of an attempt to keep it a secret that fellow player Cirie Fields is his mom.
America made it to the jury phase of the season but got evicted a bit before the final weeks happened. America then voted for Jag Bains to win on the finale night.
As a reminder, Jag beat Matt Klotz to become the Big Brother 25 winner. Bowie Jane finished in third place, and Cameron Hardin was named America’s Favorite Houseguest.

Big Brother 23 featured Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss.
The BB23 cast members were on the wrong side of The Cookout alliance that summer, leading to their early exits from the game.
But Derek and Claire made it to the jury phase. A romantic relationship developed between them in the jury house.
The secret of the relationship between Derek and Claire was kept close by their fellow jury members, and it only became public after the season finale.
As a reminder, The Cookout dominated that season, taking all six of its alliance members to the end.
The BB23 jury voted unanimously for Xavier Prather to win over Derek Frazier. It made Xavier the first winner of the $750,000 prize. The prize had been at $500,000 for the previous 22 seasons.

CBS’s Big Brother Season 25 is ending soon, and we’re keeping a close watch as the jury accrues members. The seven houseguests who don’t make it to the finale become the jury, and they decide who wins the prize money from the final two. So, does the Big Brother jury get paid? Here’s what to know, plus rules the jury members have to follow.
Do ‘Big Brother’ jury members get paid?
There’s great news for Big Brother Season 25 jury members — and that’s that they continue to get paid until the game ends. Each player reportedly earns around $1,000 each week they’re in the Big Brother house. And for houseguests who make it to the jury, they continue to earn $1,000 weekly. Making the jury in season 25 means you earn around $14,000 before the season ends.
Elena Davies from season 19 spoke on Jason Tartick’s Trading Secrets podcast about the houseguests’ weekly stipend.

The drones have spoken.

This year, the Best Competition Program Emmy category stands out from all others in that every nominee has previously conquered it (or the special class category from which it derived). Notably absent from the lineup is surprise 2022 victor “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls,” which has yet to return for a second season after wrapping its first last March. This gives 2018-2021 winner “RuPaul’s Drag Race” a clear shot at redemption that is almost sure to pay off.
“Drag Race” is one of three series in this group that has already taken this prize at least four times, along with “The Amazing Race” and “The Voice.” Also in the mix are one-time winners “Top Chef” and “Survivor,” the latter of which has remarkably reached the end of a 16-year, 30-season snub streak.
In order to gauge the possibility of any show beating “Drag Race” here, let’s take a closer look at each nominee.

Big Brother has brought many iconic couples together over its 24 seasons. From “Brenchel” (Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly) to Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss (do they have a couple name?), it’s seemingly easy to find love in the Big Brother house. And the most recent couple to come out of the CBS reality competition series is Taylor Hale and Joseph Abdin, aka “Jaylor.” But in 2023, Big Brother fans are worried that Taylor and Joseph are no longer together.

During the season premiere, Big Brother 24 introduced fans to Taylor and Joseph. Taylor was a former pageant queen crowned Miss Michigan USA in 2021 and was voted Miss Congeniality during the 2021 Miss USA competition. And Joseph had graduated with a law degree and worked as a personal trainer.
At the beginning of the game, most houseguests ostracized Taylor.

The coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic shut down television productions worldwide in 2020. But whereas a handful of shows were able to return to work a few months later, it was a little more complicated for The Amazing Race. The basis of the reality competition series is to race around the world for $1 million, so with travel restrictions, The Amazing Race producers had to restructure their rules to ensure the cast and crew’s safety.

The Amazing Race producers had to rethink the reality series’ entire format following the shutdown in season 33. They had to suspend production after filming three legs in February 2020 due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, and they couldn’t return until a year and a half later. The only way they could restart production was to make some changes. But after those modifications transferred over to The Amazing Race Season 34, fans were annoyed, to say the least.

The coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic greatly affected The Amazing Race. The CBS reality competition series is centered around travel and experiencing new cultures. But sadly, getting on an airplane and flying overseas is more dangerous than ever these days. Producers had to alter the show’s rules to ensure the safety of their cast and crew, and there’s no doubt that the changes affected the outcome of The Amazing Race Season 34.

Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss hit all the right notes — literally — on “The Amazing Race 34” finale in Nashville. After grabbing the lead at the Roadblock, the couple never relinquished it, even when when things got tight at the final memory task when Luis and Michelle, and Emily and Molly, caught up. But with their cushion and Derek’s piano skills, they hung on and crossed the finish line first, becoming the second “Big Brother” team to win “The Amazing Race.”
Find out how close the finish was and what happened during their mat chat with Phil Keoghan that you didn’t see.

Derek: Claire doesn’t like being the center of attention.
Claire: No, I really don’t. I was very nervous before it aired.

As expected, the official cast list for Amazing Race 34 includes a Big Brother showmance that seems geared toward doing well on the reality competition show.

CBS’s The Amazing Race is switching the game up a little with the upcoming 34th season of the Emmy Award-winning reality competition series. The 12 new teams will kick off their adventures in Munich, Germany, marking the first time in the show’s history the racers haven’t begun their adventures in America. Season 34 will also be the first season without any non-elimination pit stops.
Among the contestants embarking on globe-trotting adventures are former NFL cheerleaders, motivational speakers, and long-lost twins. The 12 teams will be traveling to exotic locations including the ancient city of Petra in Jordan, Italy, Spain, Iceland, and Austria. The race will wrap up in Nashville with the presentation of the 1 million grand prize.

Will a “Big Brother” showmance win “The Amazing Race” again? “Big Brother 23” alums Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss are among the 12 new teams competing on “The Amazing Race 34.”
The new cast, announced Wednesday, also includes long-lost twins, ballroom dancers, military brothers and a pair of former Rams cheerleaders. That’s not the only NFL connection, though, because former New York Jets and Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan is also in the cast. Now an ESPN analyst, he is racing with his golf buddy Tim Mann. Meet the cast in the gallery above or click here.
Xiao and Rehfuss started dating in the “Big Brother” jury house last summer after getting evicted in 10th and eighth place, respectively, both victims of the Cookout alliance. Not counting Season 31 of “The Amazing Race” — which pitted alums of “Race,” “Big Brother” and “Survivor” against each other — they are the fourth “Big Brother” couple to...

History was made on September 29 as “Big Brother” crowned its first Black winner ever: Xavier Prather. (See the updated winners list.) At the beginning of this 23rd season, an alliance was formed called the Cookout that consisted of six African-American players: Xavier, Derek Frazier, Azah Awasum, Kyland Young, Hannah Chaddha and Tiffany Mitchell. One by one, they voted out all of the other contestants until they remained as the Final 6. On Wednesday night, the jury of nine voted unanimously to award Xavier with the $750,000 grand prize.
The Cookout absolutely dominated this game from Day 1, making them the most successful alliance in “Big Brother” history. After making it to the Top 6, the group’s celebration was short-lived as they were forced to start eating their own. Tiffany and Hannah were the first victims, with both being evicted in a double elimination. Tiffany had rubbed some of her alliance members the wrong...

All 16 houseguests are eligible for the unique prize. Britini D’Angelo, Derek Xiao, Sarah Beth Steagall, Claire Rehfuss, Alyssa Lopez, Tiffany Mitchell, Hannah Chaddha and Kyland Young are currently sitting in the...

The historic Season 23 finale of “Big Brother” will air on September 29 with Azah Awasum, Derek Frazier and Xavier Prather facing off in the final Head of Household competition before the last two standing plead their case to the jury for the $750,000 grand prize. We have been keeping an eye on this jury throughout the summer and think we might know who each member would vote for in each of the three possible scenarios. Read our take on who will likely snag votes from Kyland Young, Hannah Chaddha, Tiffany Mitchell, Alyssa Lopez, Claire Rehfuss, Sarah Beth Steagall, Derek Xiao and Britney D’Angelo below.
Host Julie Chen Moonves will crown the first Black winner of “Big Brother” after a summer dominated by the Cookout alliance. They became the first six-person alliance to reach the final six in the history of the CBS reality TV competition. Now that only three remain, which...

For the past week at Gold Derby, “Big Brother 23” fans have been casting their votes for who they want to win America’s Favorite Houseguest and the $50,000 check that comes with it. Three of the 16 houseguests have double-digit support in our recent poll: Tiffany Mitchell in first place, Claire Rehfuss in second place and Derek Xiao in third place. In other words, people who think the popular “Lord of the Latrine” has this thing in the bag may be surprised on finale night. The other players all come in with less than 3% of the vote, suggesting this is indeed a three-way race.

In the most contentious eviction of the summer, Kyland Young was sent packing on Thursday’s live episode of “Big Brother,” leading to a heated exchange with Head of Household Xavier Prather. Host Julie Chen Moonves ordered Kyland to leave the house after the 29-year old account executive mentioned Xavier’s nephew lacking an honest role model, an opinion Xavier didn’t react well to. “I highly suggest you stop talking about my nephew,” Xavier said before Julie stepped in and demanded that Kyland leave the house.
Kyland was blindsided by Derek Frazier (Big D), who stated he owes nobody but himself anything in this game. As the sole vote to evict this week, Big D decided to move forward with Xavier and Azah Awasum as the final three competing for the $750,000 grand prize. Kyland becomes juror #8 alongside Hannah Chaddha, Tiffany Mitchell, Alyssa Lopez, Claire Rehfuss, Sarah Beth Steagall, Derek Xiao and Britney D’Angelo.
