Tyler Crispen: Yeah, I think I was a part of the longest elimination so far and the shortest. That was a quick one. Do you think there’s anything you could’ve done differently ...

The latest elimination and going home was “definitely bittersweet” for one of the two Challenge: USA players sent home. It was a double elimination week, so along with Wes Bergmann retiring from The Challenge after his loss to Chris Underwood, Alyssa Snider exited after facing off against Cassidy Clark in the arena. Emotions were running high with those two departures, so TV Insider caught up with Alyssa to take us inside that, find out where she and Tyler Crispen stand, and more. Talk about that elimination. Being harnessed 30 feet in the air and having to street fight my way out of there is just so not my personality. I remember being up there and — you could even hear me — saying the whole time, “Just keep swimming. You got it. Just keep going.

The Challenge loves to pit friends against one another in an elimination, and that’s exactly what happened in the arena on USA in Season 2 Episode 8, “Independence Day.” Johnny “Bananas” DeVenanzio and Tori Deal won the first daily with the players competing as individuals, they nominated couple Tyler Crispen and Alyssa Snider for elimination. Wanting to protect Alyssa, Tyler campaigned for it to be a guys’ elimination, which ultimately led to the hopper tossing out a ball for his close friend Monte Taylor. The two faced off in Too Cool for Spool: They were strapped to giant spools and had to race to a stack of balls and recreate the pyramid on top of spool. But as they moved, the spool would spin, causing the pyramid to fall over. About three hours later, Tyler won. The Challenge: USA kicked off its inaugural season in July 2022, which invited CBS reality TV stars to compete as the flagship usually only includes MTV personalities. Former Big Brother houseguests, including two-time finalist Enzo Palumbo, season 20’s Angela Rummans, who won five competitions, David Alexander (BB21), and season 23’s Alyssa Lopez and Derek Xiao, as well as popular The Cookout members Kyland Young, Azah Awasum, Tiffany Mitchell, and winner Xavier Prather competed. Although the USA appeared to have potential, the season flamed out in the finals when nearly all the contestants couldn’t figure out a sudoku puzzle, causing them to quit. Regardless, it’s rumored the show will return with a second season, and these Big Brother 24 houseguests should compete.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and to celebrate, we’re looking back on five romances from the CBS reality competition show Big Brother. Showmances have been a part of the game since season 2 when Dr. Will Kirby first coined the term in the series. And whereas they are sometimes used for game purposes, other times, couples that meet on Big Brother carry their relationship over into the real world.

It became a running gag that Big Brother 24 finalist Matt “Turner” rarely showered, and Live Feed viewers insisted they never saw him in the showers. Playing into the joke, Turner promised to shower daily if he received a second chance on the competition show.
Matt ‘Turner’ promised to shower daily if he returns for another season of ‘Big Brother’
In September 2022, Matt “Turner” made it to the finale of Big Brother 24, where he believed longtime ally Monte Taylor would take him to the end. However, he chose Taylor Hale to his detriment as she won in a near-unanimous vote.
After his third-place finish, Turner has traveled with Taylor and their castmate Joseph Abdin to Canada and, most recently, Honduras. Additionally, he proposed to his girlfriend of three years, Megan Belmonte, in October 2022, a few weeks after the finale.

Multiple couples formed throughout Big Brother 24. One of them gave an update that they’re no longer together. Kyle Capener posted about healing alone after his breakup with Alyssa Snider.
Alyssa Snider and Kyle Capener’s rollercoaster relationship on ‘Big Brother 24’
The TikTok content creator and the customer service rep met in the Big Brother house last summer. They were instantly attracted to each other, but Kyle struggled to balance that with strategy.
Throughout most of the season, he hid being in The Leftovers alliance from her. He took out Alyssa’s allies one by one. He didn’t start being honest with her until the split house twist when he decided to betray his allies.
The next week Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes revealed he tried to make an alliance to take out the non-white players. Alyssa broke up with him, and he was evicted from the house.

Despite a last-ditch effort to save herself this week, Brittany Hoopes was evicted on Thursday night’s live episode of “Big Brother.” The 32-year old hypnotherapist from Austin, Texas was sent to the jury house by Monte Taylor, who won this week’s Veto contest and the sole power to evict. Monte decided Matthew “Turner” Turner was better for his game heading into Sunday’s finale along with Taylor Hale.
“If I’m being honest, it makes most sense for his game,” Brittany told host Julie Chen Moonves during her exit interview. “[Monte] is closer with Turner. I know I would have crushed him in those comps at the end. I feel confident about that. He’s right. His arguments were logical. It just wasn’t in my favor.”

Another Big Brother 24 showmance has come to an end. No, it wasn’t the one between Taylor Hale and Lay’s Classic, as that one is still going strong.
The relationship between Taylor and Monte is over. In a surprising turn, Monte also went to Matthew Turner to brag about it all taking place, possibly giving Turner far more information than he wanted to hear.
Is this a clear indication that Monte has decided that he wants to take Turner to the final two with him? It’s something that he has had his eyes on for a while, but Monte also has a final two deal with Taylor.

Following the eviction of Alyssa Snider on “Big Brother 24,” only four players remained in the running to win the 750,000 grand prize: Taylor Hale, Brittany Hoopes, Monte Taylor and Matthew “Turner” Turner. Taylor proved her worth by winning the Head of Household competition centered around Julie Chen Moonves‘ wardrobe, which secured her spot in the Top 3. But remember, no matter who she nominated for eviction, this week would all come down to the Veto winner, as that person had the power to determine which two houseguests would be sitting on the block come eviction night. So how’d it all play out? Let’s go!

Big Brother 24 exit interviews for Alyssa Snider have been coming out following her eviction from the house.
This summer, Alyssa finished in fifth place as a member of the BB24 cast, but we will all see her again on finale night.
Some of the answers that Alyssa has been giving to questions asked of her have been a bit suspect, including her claim that Joseph Abdin fed her a false narrative about Taylor Hale that led to Alyssa not liking Taylor.
Of course, Alyssa also addressed her Big Brother 24 showmance with Kyle Capener, as well as how she views Brittany Hoopes now that she has spent more time with her in the house.

Hey, fellow, "Big Brother" fans. Today, September 16, 2022 was a very full and big day for the remaining 4 houseguests in the Big Brother season 24 house. Not only did the eviction nomination ceremony take place, they also competed in the next Pov (Power Of Veto) competition. Apparently, since CBS will not be airing a new episode of Big Brother on Wednesday night, September 21, 2022, they had to go ahead and squeeze both the nomination ceremony and Pov comp in today so production could get it ready for this Sunday night's September 18, 2022 episode. With all that said, we are definitely on here to give you guys the very important results of these two events right now. Let's get to it. As we previously reported, Taylor became the new Hoh (Head Of Household) after winning last night's new Hoh competition during the Live eviction show that sent Alyssa Snider packing and off to the jury house.

Alyssa Snider was supposed to be the pawn this week on “Big Brother 24,” but she wound up being one of those pawns who go home (or to the jury house) after Brittany won the Veto and took herself off the block. She thought she could count on at least one vote from her Bff Turner, who kept promising he’d keep her despite plans to do the opposite after he, Monte and Taylor formed an alliance and he agreed to evict Alyssa to stay off the block. Complicating matters was that Brittany, feeling spurned by Taylor, decided she wanted Taylor out and tried to get Turner to flip and give Alyssa a sympathy vote. Brittany still went through with her vote to evict Taylor on Thursday, forcing Monte to break the 1-1 tie and boot Alyssa.

Big Brother 24 spoilers are already revealing the Week 11 nominations for eviction.
Even though Alyssa Snider just got evicted on Thursday night, we now know who the new Hoh has put on the block.
This is going to be an abridged week for the show, with a lot of pre-taping in order to get everything completed for the season finale.
And for any Big Brother fans who may not have realized it yet, the BB24 episode schedule comes to a close on September 25.

Despite a solid campaign to save herself this week, Alyssa Snider was evicted from the “Big Brother” house on Thursday’s episode. The 24-year old from Siesta Key, Florida managed to gain a vote from her former nemesis Brittany Hoopes, but lose the vote of her house Bff, Matthew “Turner” Turner. That left Head of Household Monte Taylor as the tie-breaker and he chose to send Alyssa to the jury house and keep his new snuggle buddy Taylor Hale by his side.

The Big Brother 24 season got down to its final four houseguests on Thursday night, with another person getting sent to the BB24 jury house.
Monte Taylor, Brittany Hoopes, Alyssa Snider, Taylor Hale, and Matt Turner made up the final five, but it was time to evict one of them.
On the block for the September 15 episode of Big Brother 24 were Taylor and Alyssa, and the people deciding on their fate were Turner and Brittany.
To complicate matters, a Taylor and Monte showmance surfaced over the past week, with live feed subscribers seeing as their friendship turned into something more.
Things almost got very interesting as Brittany worked up a BB24 blindside, but her plans fell apart pretty quickly.

Heading into the 10th eviction episode of “Big Brother 24,” Veto winner Brittany Hoopes pulled herself off the block, hoping the reigning Head of Household Monte Taylor would replace her with Matthew “Turner” Turner. Instead, Monte kept his boy safe and tossed Taylor Hale on the block next to Alyssa Snider, proving where his real loyalties lie. Big Brother 24 spoilers about the September 15 Eviction Ceremony point to who is getting voted out next.
Monte Taylor controlled the house this week, setting his sights on possibly getting Brittany Hoopes out of the game.
When Brittany won the Power of Veto, though, it became slightly more complicated for Monte.
Heading into the Eviction Ceremony, it is Taylor Hale and Alyssa Snider on the block, with one of them about to become the next member of the BB24 jury.
Things got really messy in the house when Brittany tried to pull off a blindside and ensure that Taylor was the one to get evicted.
Brittany’s plan was to convince Matt Turner to toss Alyssa a sympathy vote by voting out Taylor. Then, Brittany would also secretly vote for Taylor, making it a 2-0 vote and thus saving Alyssa.

Last Thursday, Julie Chen Moonves surprised the “Big Brother” houseguests with their second double eviction, following the week 7 split house twist. Michael Bruner was taken out in a swift move by Power of Veto winner Monte Taylor and Head of Household Matthew Turner, leaving the houseguests with “one last word.” Despite a last ditch plea to Alyssa Snider and Taylor Hale to save him, the women stuck together and brought Brittany Hoopes along to the Top 5.
By Sunday night we learned that Monte squeezed out his second Hoh win by only nine seconds over Brittany. Those nine seconds will make all the difference this week as Brittany and Taylor were eyeing one of their last few chances to get Turner out of the house, but Monte was set on protecting him at all costs. Between the two sides, Alyssa continued to float in the middle, swaying in the direction of whoever held the power.

For some quick background, Monte Taylor is the Week 10 Head of Household and he nominated Brittany Hoopes and Alyssa Snider for eviction.
Over the weekend, Monte got disqualified from the Veto Competition, taking him out of the running for an important Power of Veto win.
When Brittany won the Power of Veto, it gave her the chance to save her own game, which is exactly what she did at the Veto Meeting.
Forced with naming a replacement nominee,...
