Actress Pamela Anderson has talked about why she is fine with without a glamour squad on rotation, despite how her sons feel about it. Anderson, who is on a new cover story for Highsnobiety’s spring 2024 issue, said: “My boys were like, ‘Mom, you must have a glam team.” And my agents were like, ‘You have to have a glam team! Where’s the stylist?’ I go, ‘I know how to put a dress on myself.”
“I don’t need someone buttoning up my blouse. I got this. And they were just horrified,” she added.
The ‘Baywatch’ star has sons Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee with musician Tommy Lee.
Anderson also took the spotlight, when she appeared au naturel at Paris Fashion Week last September, as reported by people.com.

Hulu's 2022 series "Pam & Tommy" sparked a renewed interest in the lives of former couple Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. The Hulu series transports viewers back to the '90s at the height of Anderson and Tommy's whirlwind romance and explores the ups and downs of their relationship - most notably the theft and leaking of their sex tape. Anderson and Tommy were not personally involved in making the show, so Anderson's Netflix documentary "Pamela, a Love Story," which hit the streamer on Jan. 31, saw her reclaiming the narrative. "My life has been much more meaningful than a fluffy hat or a sex tape. There's more to me than that," Anderson told Variety in an interview explaining why she felt the need to tell her own story.

Netflix, perennially a key player in the Emmy race, is launching its 2023 Emmy campaigns on Wednesday with a, well, Wednesday-themed stunt.
Indeed, many voters and tastemakers will receive a hump-day visit — and hand-delivery of goodies — from a trio associated with the streamer’s hit comedy series: “Lurch,” the Addams family’s butler, who will be driving a class black 1930s hearse; “Wednesday Addams,” the titular teenager with psychic powers; and “Thing,” the sentient disembodied hand.
Additionally, The Hollywood Reporter has learned, Netflix will — for the fifth year in a row, but for the first year at Red Studios at 846 N. Cahuenga Blvd. in Los Angeles — welcome TV Academy members to an elaborate “FYSee Space” at which it will showcase activations and host star-studded panels and performances in promotion of its numerous Emmy hopefuls. The FYSee Space will be open from Friday, May 5 through Friday, May 26.

Hulu’s 2022 release Pam and Tommy is a fictionalized retelling of the 1995 robbery and exploitation of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee. Sebastian Stan and Lily James play the couple whose sex tape became household fodder after it was distributed and went viral online. Contrary to popular belief, Anderson’s Netflix documentary wasn’t her way of addressing the Hulu series or the things it got wrong. While Pamela, a love story allows Anderson to take control of the narrative the Hulu series spun — an irony considering she had to do the same thing when the sex tape came out — Pam and Tommy wasn’t the source of inspiration.

Pamela Anderson, along with son and producer Brandon Thomas Lee, shared how they handled putting some of the most difficult parts of the actress, author and activist’s life onscreen during a special post-screening Q&A at the Paris Theater on New York on Wednesday night.

Pamela Anderson released a Netflix documentary and her memoir this week, and amid reclaiming her own narrative, she’s found a fan in Britney Spears.
Spears — who has been the subject of a slew of recent documentaries, though she hasn’t been involved with any — is praising Anderson for speaking out. “I’m such a fan of Pamela Anderson,” the pop star said on Thursday in a since-deleted Instagram post. “She was the only sex icon at one time in America and she still is !!!”
“Pamela gave me an understanding that people should support you exactly where you are in that moment of your life … unless cruelty rules the world,” Spears said.
Spears also praised Anderson’s children for standing up for their mother. “I really respect the fact that her children stood up for her relating to the fact that people were trying to sell her story from the past,...

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s infamous sex tape became household fodder once again when Hulu released Pam & Tommy in February 2022. Now, almost a year later, Anderson is taking back the narrative. Her documentary Pamela, a love story, premiered on Netflix on Jan. 31, 2023. While the Hulu series does come up in passing, it’s not the focus. Anderson says she hasn’t seen Pam & Tommy, but her son Brandon Lee has. Here’s what Anderson’s eldest son had to say about the Rand Gauthier storyline in Pam & Tommy.
Brandon Thomas Lee and Pamela Anderson | Netflix Rand Gauthier reportedly was involved in taking the sex tape
As Anderson points out in the documentary, they’re still not sure who stole the safe containing the videotape. Regardless, the Hulu series paints Rand Gauthier (Seth Rogen) as suspect number one, thanks to an article Rolling Stone published about the ordeal.

Pamela Anderson may have starred in one of the most well-known shows of the ’90s, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t have any financial worries.
The Canadian actress’ tell-all new Netflix documentary, “Pamela: A Love Story”, was released Tuesday, and saw her open up about some of her money struggles.
Anderson didn’t want to monetize that stolen 1995 sex tape, despite her son, Brandon Thomas Lee, thinking she should’ve done, with him explaining how she’d been in debt most of her life, Yahoo! Entertainment reported.
Doc director Ryan White told the publication: “She was the most famous woman in the world on the most famous show in the world and she doesn’t have a nest egg from ‘Baywatch’ to rely upon.”

In Pamela Anderson‘s new documentary, Pamela, a love story, her two sons, Brandon and Dylan Lee, are also speaking out. While the model and actress looks back on her career and personal life, including her marriage to their father, Tommy Lee, the two share their feelings about the sex tape that was created from their parents’ stolen home videos, Hulu’s Pam & Tommy series, and how they feel about their mom now as she embarks on the next phase of her story.
Throughout the film, which is now streaming on Netflix and is produced by Brandon, Anderson is seen watching a collection of old home videos with her sons at her home in Ladysmith, British Columbia. Brandon was born in June 1995, nearly a year after the stolen tape was released, and Dylan was born in December 1997, shortly after Anderson and Lee ended their legal battle over rights to...

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee's love story is being revisited once again thanks to Anderson's new Netflix documentary, "Pamela, a Love Story." The documentary presents Anderson's view of her and Lee's relationship, including the births of their children, Dylan Jagger Lee and Brandon Thomas Lee; and the theft and leakage of their sex tape. Anderson and Lee had a whirlwind romance: the couple wed in February 1995 just four days after they met, and Anderson filed for divorce three years later. So, what went wrong?
In February 1998, Lee was arrested for spousal abuse, child abuse, and unlawful possession of a firearm according to EW. According to police reports, the Mötley Crüe drummer assaulted Anderson while she was holding their 2-month-old son, Dylan, in their Malibu home. Lee was sentenced to six months in prison after pleading no contest to felony spousal battery. Anderson filed for divorce that same February, requesting custody of Dylan and Brandon.

Pamela, a Love Story is a documentary directed by Ryan White based on the diaries and recordings of Pamela Anderson.
This documentary is a brilliant and introspective reflection about fame by the hand of one of the greatest stars of some years ago: Pamela Anderson, the indisputable star of Baywatch, who became even more famous because of her private life and some video tapes.
We are not going to talk about gossip or judgments but this documentary provides a perspective that although it may not be unique, it is close and in first person about the trials and tribulations of a famous (very famous) actress and the difficulties she had in dealing with all the mobbing she was subjected to.
An interesting documentary not only for the fans of the Nineties star, it is also an open and honest reflection on celebrities and the difficulties in living with that kind of fame.

Pamela Anderson is calling out the producers of 2017’s “Baywatch”.
The actress, who played the iconic cultural icon C.J. Parker in the original 1989 TV series, says her cameo in the film was made under less-than-ideal circumstances. According to her, they hounded her relentlessly with phone calls.
“It was becoming really, really awful. They said they wanted me to do it as a favor,” Anderson told Variety. “I said, ‘I do favors for animals, not for Paramount.’ There was just so much bullying to do it. They wanted me to do it for free, as an homage or something. I said, ‘Come on, guys. I mean, really?’ ”

Sticking firm to her boundaries, she eventually agreed to do an unvoiced cameo. “I ended up okay. No complaints,” she said of the experience.

Updated January 23 at 11:39am Et: Pamela Anderson has responded to Tim Allen’s denial that he flashed her on her first day of “Home Improvement.”
“I have no ill will toward Tim,” Anderson said in a statement to Vanity Fair. “But like the rest, it should never have happened.”
She continued, “This true story is just one of many surreal and uncomfortable situations I learned to navigate. My book goes into how it made me feel over the course of my life and, in this case, my career.”
Anderson expanded on the incident in her memoir, with a newly-released excerpt (via Vf) reading: “It was the first of many bizarre encounters where people felt they knew me enough to make absolute fools out of themselves. ‘Here you go, Tim,’ was my only line every episode, and when they decided to expand my part, it was, ‘Here you go, Tim.

Pamela Anderson has said that she “felt sick” when her stolen sex tape was brought back into pop culture.
The Baywatch star found herself at the centre of public scandal in the Nineties when her sex tape with husband, Mötley Crüe musician Tommy Lee, was stolen and leaked publicly.
The subject was scrutinised once again last year with the arrival of Disney Plus series Pam and Tommy, which starred Lily James and Sebastian Stan as the couple.
The show was made without collaboration from Anderson and while she never commented publicly on the series, it was criticised by her friend Courtney Love, who said that the “disgusting” show was causing Anderson “complex trauma”.
On Tuesday (10 January), the trailer was released forPamela, A Love Story, a one-off Netflix documentary made with the former Playboy cover star.

Pamela Anderson is a notoriously polarizing figure. She was inescapable in the 90s, and while she had taken a step out of the spotlight since then, she’s the subject of a new documentary, presumably in response to the recent Hulu mini-series Pam & Tommy, which recounted the events of the theft to the spread of the infamous private sex tape with her and then-husband, Tommy Lee.
Netflix has just released the trailer for Pamela, A Love Story. The synopsis of the new documentary reads,
“An intimate and humanizing portrait of one of the world’s most famous blonde bombshells, Pamela, a love story follows the trajectory of Pamela Anderson’s life and career from small town girl to international sex symbol, actress, activist and doting mother.”

Last February, when Hulu chronicled the ’90s sex tape leak of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee through the miniseries “Pam & Tommy,” it received generally positive reviews from critics, but notably lacked the participation of one of its main subjects. Anderson reportedly refused to meet with anyone from the production to offer her point of view on the scandal, which caused a sexist backlash against her at the time.
Now, the “Baywatch” star and iconic model is offering her perspective on her life and career with the upcoming Netflix documentary “Pamela, A Love Story.” The streamer released the trailer for the documentary Tuesday, with the release date set for January 31.

While Hulu’s “Pam & Tommy” chronicled the events behind Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s infamous stolen sex tape, Anderson announced last week that she is preparing to tell her side of the story in a new Netflix documentary. Lily James, who plays Anderson in “Pam & Tommy,” says she looks forward to watching it.
At the series finale premiere for “Pam & Tommy” at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles Tuesday night, the Hulu series’ cast and creatives stressed the importance of spotlighting Pamela Anderson’s story in today’s world.
“I think these violations of privacy happen way too often — and the way that the media responds and us, as a society, respond is often so awful, particularly toward women,” James told Variety on the red carpet. “There are these huge double standards, women are torn down and reduced… So I think we really need to look at that.

Newcomers included Ashley Wahler, Jennifer Delgado and Kaitlynn Carter, along with pizza entrepreneur Caroline D’Amore and Brandon Thomas Lee, the son of Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson. Original cast member Kristin Cavallari also made an appearance in Season 2.
However, a source close to production tells Variety that the franchise is being reimagined and the IP will live on with new iterations to come. Previous seasons of “The Hills” are currently available to stream on Paramount Plus.

The rest will never be written.
According to Deadline, MTV has officially canceled The Hills: New Beginnings after two low-rated seasons.
The news should come as no surprise when you consider that the show has never been a big ratings performer for the young-skewing cabler.
A reboot of the popular reality series The Hills (2006-10), New Beginnings featured a mix of old and new cast members, but it had one big issue throughout its run:
It was boring.
Reality TV is typically filled with drama, but the drama was watered down.
Had MTV went in a drastically new direction by bringing no one from the original back, the show might have had legs to sustain storylines.
The series was in jeopardy after its first season.
MTV gave it a vote of confidence in the form of a speedy second-season pickup, but filming was delayed several times due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Exclusive: Brandon Thomas Lee (The Hills: New Beginnings), Jackson Rathbone (Twilight) & Diane Gaeta (Adopt a Highway) will co-star opposite Chance Sanchez in his debut feature, Zero Road, which recently wrapped production.
The dramatic feature examines a preternaturally intelligent young man’s (Sanchez) descent into an underbelly of drug running and violence. It’s based on the writer-director’s experience growing up in poverty in the American Midwest, with a mother who suffered from meth addiction.
In the film, produced by Sanchez, Colin Floom and Mark David, Lee plays Russ, a small-time drug dealer with magnetic charm, who guides Sanchez’s protagonist into the criminal underworld he’s made his home.
Rathbone plays Gene, a mysterious auto mechanic masterminding a drug operation out of his shop, with an inexplicable intellect that reveals a calamitous past.
Then, there’s Gaeta, who plays Sanchez’s tortured mother, Laura.

The cast and crew of “The Hills: New Beginnings” were just a few weeks into filming Season 2 when the world shut down due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I think that just immediately, it was super frustrating because we had been so excited to get going for Season 2 and we had a ton of really interesting developments,” executive producer Alex Baskin says of the halt in production. “We were all bummed out because we were hitting our stride, and then we were sidelined for a while.”
Production on “The Hills: New Beginnings” didn’t fully resume until November 2020, but Baskin wasn’t worried about the time spent apart affecting the quality of the show.
“The thing about this group is that there’s always story in that the relationships are always changing anyway, so you can always pick back up — it’s just at a different place,” Baskin says.

Bruce Willis goes sci-fi. Again. Yes, as if one sci-fi a year isn’t enough for Willis, he’s back in Cosmic Sin, playing disgraced soldier James Ford who’s “tasked” with leading a team of seven soldiers to help stop an alien invasion.
Set in 2524, Cosmic Sin sees a first contact meeting between a human colony and an alien race go disastrously, catastrophically, wrong – leading to the chance of an interstellar war between humans and aliens. Willis’ soldier Ford is asked by Frank Grillo’s General Ryle (Frank Grillo) to lead a precautionary pre-emptive strike on the aliens before they wipe out humankind for good.

Cosmic Sin is an American sci-fi film starring Bruce Willis and Frank Grillo and directed by Edward Drake. In the year 2524, 400 years since humankind was able to colonise the cosmos, Cosmic Sin sees 7 soldiers part of a team governed by “The Alliance” who are attacked by a newly discovered civilization of forceful aliens. In the hopes of the human race not becoming extinguished and to stop a potential interstellar war, these soldiers launch a precautionary strike against them.
Co-written and directed by Edward Drake, and co-written by actor Corey Large (who also stars in the film as Bruce’s bff Dash), Cosmic Sin brings you action, aliens, impressive looking weapons, as well as some sarcastic and funny humour. What is lacking however is Bruce Willis’s presence as our lead character, despite his name being front and center of all the posters.
I enjoyed seeing Mr Willis back on our screens again,...
