Sharon Osbourne exited Celebrity Big Brother after spending eight days in the most famous house in the UK.
Osbourne was a “lodger” and wasn’t an official housemate, having agreed to appear in the reality competition for only one week. The former The Talk co-host was not evicted from the house and didn’t face the public vote.
“It’s been a great party. I have loved it,” Osbourne said after Big Brother announced her time had ended.
Big Brother asked Osbourne to name the housemates who impacted her most, saying it was Nikita Kuzmin.
“He’s beautiful inside and outside,” Osbourne said about the Strictly Come Dancing dancer.
Osbourne also mentioned Levi Roots because “he’s just a genuinely good guy.”
“I’ve loved every minute,” Osbourne said outside the house before her daughter Kelly joined her on stage to give her a hug.

Ah, Ready Steady Cook – you were a product of simpler times. The BBC’s teatime TV cooking show saw two contestants bring along a bag of ingredients, team up with a celebrity chef, (becoming Team Green Pepper and Team Red Tomato) and spend 20 minutes transforming what they’d brought into a tasty dinner.
They only had a maximum budget of £5 (which these days would probably only stretch to half a cucumber and a pot noodle) so the dishes weren’t fancy – none of this nonsense about serving some daft gravy-with-notions and calling it a ‘jus’. No, the likes of Ainsley Harriott or Anthony Worrall Thompson usually just hastily assembled a lasagne, and then the audience voted for a winner – and by ‘vote’, we mean they lifted up a picture of a green pepper or a red tomato.

Film project is based on an unpublished memoir written by Roots.
Fred Films and Powder Keg Pictures, the producers behind recent UK box office hit Fisherman’s Friends, are working on a feature about Jamaica-born musician, chef and businessman Levi Roots.
Roots emigrated to London at the age of 11, unable to read or write, and went on to become a successful Reggae artist until his music career was cut short after he was sentenced to nine years in prison for drug offences.
While serving his time, Roots came up with the idea for creating ’Reggae Reggae Sauce’, inspired by his Grandmother’s Caribbean cooking.

I can't be the only person who thinks the X Factor's doubled-up 'super-size' auditions aren't working.
Everything you need from an X Factor audition comes on Saturday night. Emotional stories, weeping judges, silly acts, powerful performances. And then along comes Sunday. With the same acts. And the same stories.
Even when there is a twist in the tale, such as likeable bus driver James Macdonald getting the boot on Sunday night, it feels slightly odd and hypocritical of the judges.
On Saturday, a tearful James was praised by Gary Barlow for understanding how important an opportunity The X Factor can be. On Sunday, he was booted out by Gary Barlow for lacking star power and not cutting the mustard. What changed?
Thankfully, The X Factor judges didn't offer him the Bullseye consolation prize of a Bfh (bus fare home). That would have just been rubbing it in.

There's something a little discordant about this UK TV commercial for Reggae Reggae Sauce, created by stop-motion greats Aardman Animations (of the Wallace & Gromit films and the upcoming "The Pirates! Band of Misfits"). It's not just that the ad's star, a plasticine version of sauce-maker and reggae musician Levi Roots, is more realistically proportioned and less cartoonish than the usual Aardman figure (compare his look to that of the characters in "The Pirates!"). It's those singing and dancing drumsticks, kebabs and sausages, which remind me of the fact that Aardman has always seemed kind of... vegetarian? Consider the non-kill rabbit traps and veggie-growing focus of "The Curse of the Were-Rabbit," or that the escape on which "Chicken Run" is centered was motivated by the farm owners' switch from eggs to chicken pies. Or for more overt messaging, consider this this spot Aardman did...
