’13 Reasons Why’ Star Ross Butler on How Zach Dempsey Has Evolved, and What’s in Store for Season 4 (Exclusive Video)
Ross Butler’s character, Zach Dempsey, has changed a lot throughout the three seasons of Netflix’s “13 Reasons Why.” But he says that will all change again in Season 4.

“He’s changed a lot since Sason 1,” Butler told TheWrap’s Beatrice Verhoeven. “In Season 1, you don’t really see him that much: he’s kind of under the radar, he’s not confident in what he believes in and he doesn’t know what he wants to believe in. Second season, he starts to understand what it means to stand up for what you believe in and to actually have opinions and say them and not hide them.”

In Season 3, Zach makes a decision that is “reflective of who he’s become and trying to find out what is just and what is right and how do you be a good person in a world where not everyone is on the same page.

Paramount Pictures Takes The Superhero Comic Harbinger From Sony and Will Develop it as a Film

The big screen adaptation of Valiant’s Harbinger was originally set up at Sony Pictures and there were initially plans for it to crossover with Vin Diesel’s Bloodshot film. Well, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen because Paramount Pictures has snatched up the rights from Sony, and now they will be the ones developing the Harbinger movie.

Harbinger is a next-generation X-Men-esque storyline about a group of superpowered teens on the run from the Harbinger Foundation, an organization run by a mysterious philanthropist, Toyo Harada. They want to harness their abilities for its own ends.

Justin Tipping, who was attached to direct the film is still attached. He is working on the script with Joshua Beirne-Golden off an original draft by Eric Heisserer (Arrival). Producer Neal Moritz is also still attached to produce the film. In fact, he was the one that pushed for

Valiant's Harbinger Jumps to Paramount, Bloodshot Crossover Unlikely

  • MovieWeb
We've got something of a low-key shake-up in the comic book movie world. Harbinger, the upcoming live-action movie adaptation of the Valiant Entertainment title, has moved from Sony, where it had been in development for several years, to Paramount. This is crucial as it means Sony's plans for a possible Harbinger Wars event have likely been scrapped, as it's unlikely Paramount would work with Sony to crossover with Bloodshot, which is set to hit theaters next year.

According to a new report, Director Justin Tipping, who had been attached to direct Harbinger at Sony and co-wrote the screenplay, is making the jump to Paramount. As is producer Neal Moritz, who is said to have been a major factor in moving Harbinger from Paramount to Sony. The comic book adaptation had been eyeing a shoot this year. Instead, it will now undergo a development process that is expected to be short

Valiant Comic ‘Harbinger’ Feature Project Moves From Sony To Paramount

  • Deadline
Deadline has confirmed that the Valiant Entertainment comic book project Harbinger is headed from Sony to Paramount, which is where producer Neal Moritz has had his first-look deal since last year.

The comic follows a group of teens with superpowers who go up against the corporation that tried to exploit their talents. Moritz, who is producing Sonic the Hedgehog for Paramount, will remain aboard as producer with director Justin Tipping, who co-wrote screenplay with Joshua Beirne-Golden, from an original draft by Eric Heisserer.

Dylan O’Brien and Noah Centineo were circling the project, but now it will have a short development at Paramount before going into production. Valiant Comics’ Dan Mintz also is producing. Valiant’s other comic book feature adaptation Bloodshot, starring Vin Diesel, opens on February 21 from Sony.

That's a Wrap! Lana Condor Is Done Playing Lara Jean Covey: "I'm Going to Burst Into Tears"

That's a Wrap! Lana Condor Is Done Playing Lara Jean Covey:
It's official: Lana Condor is finished playing Lara Jean Covey in Netflix's To All the Boys I've Loved Before. I know, you probably don't want to hear this, but we can lament together. On Thursday - five days after costar Noah Centineo announced his departure - the actress revealed that she has also completed filming for the book-to-movie trilogy. "Today, a lot of the To All The Boys cast is wrapping... and we're shooting the Last scene of the whole franchise," she tweeted. "Needless to say I've been avoiding all eye contact bc at any moment I know I'm going to burst into tears."

Ever since Tatbilb dropped in August 2018, Condor and Centineo's chemistry as onscreen love interests has made fans "ooh" and "aww," even earning them the MTV Movie & TV Award for best kiss back in June. It is a bit heartbreaking that they're parting ways with their characters,

Don't Mind Me, Just Out Here Swooning Over Lana Condor and Noah Centineo's Friendship

  • Popsugar
Name a better friendship duo than Lana Condor and Noah Centineo. I'll wait - and I'll still be waiting until the end of time because it's pretty darn hard to find a pair of Hollywood pals cuter than them. The To All the Boys I've Loved Before costars - who play Lara Jean Covey and Peter Kavinsky in the Netflix rom-com, respectively - have explosive onscreen chemistry that certainly doesn't stop once the cameras stop rolling, as evidenced by their plethora of absurdly adorable interviews about each other. But alas, Lana and Noah are just besties Irl and won't be exploring a romantic relationship anytime soon, especially considering the fact that Lana has been dating actor Anthony De La Torre for quite some time now.

In honor of Lana and Noah's too-pure-for-this-world friendship and the upcoming To All the Boys I've Loved Before sequel (which hits Netflix on Feb. 12), we're
