You didn't think Jamie would stay home, did you?
After his last dangerous assignment, he took a break to check out Henry's podcast opportunity, but he's back on the job on Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 5.
This time, he's not undercover, but his mission may not be any less dangerous.
Blue Bloods has focused intensely on Jamie's missions during Season 14. For most of the season, he's been working undercover to bust a sex trafficking ring while Eddie and the rest of the family tried not to worry about him.
Now he's embarking on another mission that would make a perfect crossover with Law & Order: Organized Crime if only both shows were on the same network!
According to spoilers, Jamie will be working on busting a drug trafficking ring that involves rival gangs. It doesn't get much more dangerous than that!
Jamie Could Get Caught in the Crossfire

CBS has found its first series renewal for the 2024-25 broadcast season.
The network has renewed Tracker, its Justin Hartley-led drama, for a second season. The series launched Feb. 11 in TV’s best time slot — after the Super Bowl — and now ranks as the No. 1 show, according to Nielsen’s most current data, with 16 million multiplatform viewers. The network says Tracker is its most watched new series since Big Bang Theory prequel Young Sheldon debuted in the 2017-18 season.
“Tracker kicked off our premiere week with a ratings bang and has kept the momentum going,” said Amy Reisenbach, president of CBS Entertainment. “We knew we had something special when we saw the very first cut of the series and the overwhelming audience response confirms it. We couldn’t be more grateful to Justin, the talented cast, the incredible writing and producing teams and our partners at 20th Television for such compelling episodes.

If you miss spending Friday nights with the Reagans, you're far from the only one.
After 13 seasons, the Tom Selleck-led drama is still one of CBS' most popular offerings, usually winning the night for the network.
If you're worried that there won't be any more Blue Bloods, don't be -- the series has been renewed for a 14th season. Read on to learn everything we know about Blue Bloods Season 14.
Blue Bloods' enduring popularity probably has to do with how the series centers on the importance of family.
While it is partially a police procedural, the two things you can be sure of in every episode are that Frank will deal with some political issue involving leading the police department and that there will be a Sunday night Reagan family dinner.

Initially, the hook of Blue Bloods, at least in the marketing, was the return of TV icon Tom Selleck. But the show has become much more of an ensemble piece than it initially seemed. For instance, Donnie Wahlberg has played Danny Reagan since the CBS drama’s 2010 premiere.
The former New Kids on the Block singer is one of only five actors who’ve been with the show since the beginning. However, he knew the Blue Bloods character meant he was taking a career risk.

A quiet pre-holiday Friday night saw plenty of action from the WWE Friday Night SmackDown, which topped the demos once again, this time with an 0.4, easily beating the competition.
The perennial Friday night winner featured a six-person tag-team main event that saw Drew McIntyre emerge as the surprise tag partner to help The New Day overcome The Brawling Brutes.
At NBC, the season finale of The Blacklist saw two series regulars depart, but the needle hardly moved, as the show scored its usual 0.2. That was followed by a Dateline rerun.
ABC chimed in with an ABC News special. Soul of a Nation returned with a special presentation, Together As One: Celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage, marking the network’s first primetime program celebrating those communities. The special had an 0.2 on the night, with its trailing 20/20 in repeats.

The brand new TV series 'Tale of Tails' will be airing exclusively on Tubi starting June 12th.
Tails is not a white-collar gentlemen's club. It's a borderline-legal bar with topless dancers and a back room where anything goes for the right price. Nick, the owner, keeps Tails afloat by taking advantage of the desperate women who dance for money and the desperate men who pay for female attention. When a dead body shows up in the bathroom, Nick's control begins to unravel. Hunted by an ambitious, relentless cop, Nick's enemies begin to surround him. He must decide how many friends to sacrifice in order to save himself.
Nick is played by Harley Wallen (Betrayed) and he’s also directing the first season. "It’s definitely a dark series showing the dirty underbelly of the strip clubhouse industry and a dark character as well, but there is at least some dark humor to it as well,...

The Shark Tank tag team of Mark Cuban, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran and Daymond John again proved to be the gods of Friday demo ratings, pulling in an 0.7 to lead the parade.
The Sharks heard pitches on bed-making, a plant-based food, germ-free dog walking, and an app that teaches children to code.
Close behind was ABC’s 20/20, which examined the bizarre doomsday murder case involving husband and wife Lori Vallow Daybell and Chad Daybell. That scored an 0.6 on the evening.
Elsewhere around the dial, NBC had a new The Blacklist, which held steady from last week at 0.3, as Raymond Reddington got a surprise confession from Harold Cooper. Trailing was Dateline, which had an 0.3 with its examination of sex cult Nxivm.
The CBS crime drama lineup took a breather on the night, presenting reruns of MacGyver, Magnum P.I. and Blue Bloods.
