The cast of And Just Like That… is busy filming on the streets of New York City. While there are months of filming left to go, fans are already feeling optimistic about the fashion they’ll see in season 3. Based on recent photographs, it seems that one of Charlotte York’s biggest fashion blunders from seasons 1 and 2 has been mostly rectified. At least, we hope so.
‘And Just Like That…’ fans had some complaints about Charlotte York’s season 1 and season 2 fashion choices
During seasons 1 and 2 of And Just Like That, the costume department was laser-focused on dressing Charlotte York in outfits with short, puffed sleeves. The dresses she wore included this divisive fashion trend. When she wasn’t in a dress with puffed sleeves, she donned poet tops and other garments with billowing sleeves.

Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre’s children Nina Maria Felicia Bernstein, Jamie Bernstein and Alexander Bernstein are opening up about how much their mother knew about their father’s bisexuality.
In an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, Bradley Cooper and correspondent Mo Rocca sat down with the three kids to discuss Netflix’s upcoming film Maestro, which Cooper starred in, directed and co-wrote with Josh Singer.
“Our mom was the most elegant, delicious person,” Nina said. Jamie added, “She knew exactly what the deal was.” Alexander chimed in, “They, obviously, loved each other to death. They never fought in front of us. We never saw any darkness. We felt a lot. They kept everything very well tidied and pretty well hidden.”
The segment explained that while Bernstein and Montealeagre truly loved each other, their relationship was complicated by the fact that the legendary composer had affairs with men over the course of their marriage.

Bradley Cooper embodies Leonard Bernstein in the new trailer for Maestro, the actor-director’s acclaimed biopic about the legendary composer and his lifelong relationship with Felicia Montealegre, played by Carey Mulligan.
Following its teaser trailer this summer, the latest preview further highlights the painstaking (and somewhat controversial) level of detail that Cooper brought to the film, which is divided into both black-and-white (to show flashbacks of Bernstein and Montealegre’s life) and almost cinema verite-style color footage to document the composer’s later years.

Singer spoke of the film via Netflix’s Tudum, “I think people will see the complexity of marriage and the many forms love can take. Instead, Leonard Bernstein’s family members, including Jamie Bernstein, Mina Bernstein, and Alex Bernstein, graced the red carpet alongside guests Isabelle Huppert, Caterina Murino, Michelle Tesoro, Kevin Thompson, Mark Bridges, and the film’s prosthetic makeup designer, Kazu Hiro.
Maestro is Cooper’s directorial follow-up to A Star Is Born, centering on Bernstein’s decades-long relationship with his wife, Felicia, who is portrayed by Carey Mulligan.

The makeup artist behind Bradley Cooper’s Leonard Bernstein movie Maestro has said he didn’t expect the backlash to the film’s prosthetic nose, which has been criticised by some as an example of ‘jewface’.
Speaking at the Venice Film Festival press conference for the film, Kazu Hiro was asked about the social media backlash: “I wasn’t expecting it to happen. I feel sorry if I hurt some people’s feeling. I wanted to portray Lenny as real as possible. He’s photogenic and a great person, we wanted to respect and love that look. We did several different tests. That was our [only] intention.”
The movie has been the subject of some controversy in recent weeks due to Cooper — who is not Jewish — using prosthetics to enlarge his nose to capture Jewish composer. Bernstein’s family has defended the actor-director.

Max officially renewed And Just Like That… ahead of its much-anticipated season two finale which will feature the return of Kim Cattrall as Samantha. Season two episode 11 – part two of “The Last Supper” – finally delivers the cameo fans of the original foursome have eagerly anticipated.
Even though Samatha won’t be sharing scenes with her former Sex and the City co-stars, Cattrall will be seen in a cameo, styled by Patricia Field and shot in secret. In an interview on Today with Hoda and Jenna, Kim Cattrall confirmed that shopping in Bergdorf’s and picking out a great outfit for her cameo felt like dipping her toe back in time and having a wonderful afternoon.
However, fans shouldn’t expect Kim Cattrall back for the just-announced third season. It seems this short cameo is a one-off and not a precursor to an extended return as Samantha.

Leonard Bernstein’s family has defended Bradley Cooper’s use of a large prosthetic nose in his upcoming Netflix biopic Maestro about the American composer. In a statement posted on Instagram, his children Jamie, Alexander, and Nina said they were “perfectly fine” with Cooper’s heavy use of makeup and said they were “certain” that their father would have been as well.
In the statement, they thanked Cooper for including them “along every step” in the making of the film and added, “We were touched to the core to witness the depth of his commitment, his loving embrace of our father’s music, and the sheer open-hearted joy he brought to his exploration.”
Bernstein’s children described criticism of Cooper as “misrepresentations or misunderstandings of his efforts” and continued by saying, “It happens to be true that Leonard Bernstein had a nice, big nose. Bradley chose to use makeup to amplify his resemblance,...

The debate over Bradley Cooper’s transformation into Leonard Bernstein for “Maestro” has been put to rest courtesy of Bernstein’s children Jamie, Alexander, and Nina Bernstein.
The trio issued a statement in response to the critiques that Cooper’s large nose onscreen could be viewed as antisemitic — or that it’s inappropriate for a non-Jewish actor to portray a Jewish subject. The Bernstein family said the “misrepresentations or misunderstandings” of Cooper’s appearance “breaks our hearts.”
“Bradley Cooper included the three of us along every step of his amazing journey as he made his film about our father,” the statement reads. “We were touched to the core to witness the depth of his commitment, his loving embrace of our father’s music, and the sheer open-hearted joy he brought to his exploration. After Netflix released the first trailer for Bradley Cooper’s “Maestro,” a biographical romance about Leonard Bernstein and his wife Felicia Montealegre, many viewers took issue with Cooper’s large prosthetic nose, deeming it the latest example of Hollywood’s stereotypical or inauthentic portrayal of Jewish people, known as “Jewface.”
But in a statement posted to Bernstein’s Twitter account, the late conductor’s children defended Cooper’s decision to “use makeup to amplify his resemblance” to their father. Cooper directed “Maestro” and stars as Bernstein opposite Carey Mulligan as Montealegre.

Practice makes perfect for Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan in the first official teaser trailer for Maestro. Starring as the acclaimed composer Leonard Bernstein and his great love Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein, the pair sit in a field with their backs pressed against each other. They’re certain that they can intertwine their minds closely enough to know what the other is thinking if they concentrate enough. As a young couple, they start simple: with numbers. “You should stop and think because I am sending it to you,” Felicia tells Leonard.

Bradley Cooper and Carey Mulligan are as gentle as can be while the makeup team goes hard in the official teaser trailer for Maestro.
A biopic of the great American composer Leonard Bernstein, Maestro chronicles the musical titan’s decades-long partnership with his wife Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein (Mulligan). The trailer begins in black-and-white when the pair are young and perhaps even digitally de-aged — Cooper in particular looks unusually baby-faced in some of these scenes, especially around the eyes. We also see them in vibrant color and heavy prosthetics when they have grown old together, in a time period that is likely the late 1980s or 1990 towards the end of Bernstein’s life.
The theme of the trailer is love at its warmest and most unconditional. The couple’s well-documented problems are not mentioned, though the script from Cooper and Josh Singer will no doubt touch on these subjects. As...

Bradley Cooper is striking a new chord as Leonard Bernstein in “Maestro.”
The Netflix film marks Cooper’s return to directing after Oscar-winning 2018 film “A Star Is Born.” Cooper stars as legendary composer Bernstein. Cooper also produces, and he co-wrote the film with “Spotlight” Oscar-winning screenwriter Josh Singer.
The film, which is being billed as decidedly not a biopic, centers on the lifelong relationship between Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre, portrayed by Carey Mulligan. Bernstein married the Costa Rica-born actress and activist in 1951, and they stayed together until she died in 1978 even as he had affairs with men and lived a gay life otherwise.
And “Maestro” may turn out to be Felicia’s story, as Mulligan gets first billing in the trailer. The film’s first poster (below) only features Mulligan, facing away from the frame.

Bradley Cooper portrays legendary conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein opposite Carey Mulligan as actress and activist Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein in the first trailer for the Netflix film Maestro.
Cooper directed and co-wrote the movie that hits select theaters Nov. 22 before debuting on the streamer Dec. 20. Matt Bomer, Maya Hawke, Sarah Silverman, Michael Urie, Josh Hamilton, Scott Ellis, Gideon Glick, Sam Nivola, Alexa Swinton and Miriam Shor round out the cast for the feature that counts Martin Scorsese and Steven Spielberg as producers.
The trailer introduces the married couple in their younger years, where they are seated back-to-back and playing an apparent game in which Bernstein (Cooper) has to guess which number Montealegre Cohn Bernstein (Mulligan) has selected. After a number of erroneous picks, Bernstein asks, “So how long do we have to do this for?” This leads Montealegre Cohn Bernstein to lightheartedly reply, “Oh, we need to build up a very strong connection.

And Just Like That…, the much-anticipated sequel to the award-winning Sex and The City, burst onto the scene with a lot of buzz and lived up to all the hype.
Much like its predecessor, the series is exciting and funny, allowing the journeys of three core characters to continue and mature while allowing space for some newer characters to flourish.
One of those characters is Rock Goldenblatt, Charlotte and Harry's 12-year-old child, who navigates adolescence and comes to terms with their identity in a groundbreaking storyline that plays out throughout the season.
Rock is played by the wonderfully talented Alexa Swinton, a young actress with a bevy of credits to her name already and a bright future.
We were delighted to chat with the lively Swinton, who was incredibly thoughtful in her answers to various topics from the upcoming season of the series, fashion, and her favorite television shows.
