    Conclusion: "I think in general the quality of horror movie productions rised in the last decade. There were many movies with creepy atmosphere, which created the horror by subliminal tricks like scemes of people in the corner of a dark room combined with low frequency noises, etc."

    Conclusion: "For me the 2010's have brought back the concept of fearing the unknown which I always found interesting. Growing up watching 2000's horror, I find myself having trouble remembering times where I was debating who is in the right when a scene or movie ends. I think horror in general is far more interesting when conversations are started more often than people laughing if someone jumped."

    Conclusion: "The best horror movies according to me are the ones with a good story and atmosphere that evoke the horror, where the pace is slow and steady with may be few jump scares, and where horror elements are not added just for the sake of adding them."

    Coclusion: "My fav horror movies are one with a good story with an atmosphere that tends to exploit the fundamentals of the genre and which does not entirely depend on jumpscares for horror elements. Best Horror movies are one's with suspense creating anticipation that something bad is gonna happen."

    Conclusion: "I have never watched many horror films, besides the old classics, and at first I thought that I might not have even seen ten made in the past decade. I think it's because of A24 that I actually watched many more than ten and that I would recommend most of them. Netflix, Jordan Peele, and especially the directors that put empowered women in the lead roles of several of these smart films also get a lot of credit. "
