Sandra bullock in her prime as FBI agent turned undercover beauty pageant contestant Gracie Lou Freebush. The storyline is fairly well developed, the acting pretty good, and the actors well cast. The jokes land well and often. This is of my all time favorites, endlessly re-watchable and quotable "With all this foil in my hair I'm getting HBO"
